I made an enquiry, they got back to me in good time. However, communication was unprofessional from the start, they asked what other companies were saying, communication wasn’t accommodating, didn’t acknowledge my message prior and refused to confirm basic availability unless I agreed to book first. The whole interaction felt disorganised and added unnecessary stress. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.
