Purchased a portable espresso machine not yet used but with a good price and responsive CS as each time I have had questions or made requests, there was an answer pretty quick as we are in different time zones

Products I ordered are quality made. It was only the tamper station I am not 100% satisfied with as the neck of the handler of both my Sage Barista Espress and the Mauva bottomless portafilter is too thick and do not fit into the tamping slot. The shipment of one of my orderes took 29 days but it arrived safetly. The customer service is excellent, they respond fast and resolve any issue soon. Overall I am satisfied with Lastaforest I am just wondering whether I could have bought the same products halfprice on Temu.

I ordered premium pour over kit and after few weeks it was delivered to Slovakia without any issues. After the first use a dripper broke, so I contacted lastaforest team which guided me how to proceed. Nowadays, I have a new replaced dripper and can enjoy a cup of filter coffe with smile on my face. I really wanted to like this product... I bought two puck screen removers, hoping that they would improve my workflow. Sadly, the magnets are so weak, they just don't work with my Normcore screens and half the time with my others
I bought a nice wooden portafilter holder with a naked basket and the holes were far too large to use. I swapped the basket with an IMS one
Plus, they use post to deliver, I spent almost an hour trying to get the item delivered

Great products overall, exactly as described, except for the coffee scale, which lacks the timer shown in the photos. The advertised model includes a timer function to count seconds as the coffee drips into the cup, but the one I received does not have this feature.

The real issue was delivery. I’m in Portugal, and although the shipping policy says 7–12 business days, my order took over a month.
It was shipped from China to Germany without tracking, then delivered by DHL with tracking.

No way to rate service separately from products, so I’m giving 3 stars for the full experience.

Items of low quality not to say bad, I bought a vacuum bottle for 800ml coffee for $31 and an anti-static water atomiser for coffee beans with tray for $35, because the bottle does not make the air vacuum the soft plastic lid, the thin aluminum bottle without any brand logo,
In AliExpress there is the same bottle for $13, it is not similar it is exactly the same and the water atomiser for grains that included a tray have not been sent to me and my surprise was when you can also buy it on AliExpress for $9, BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING LOOK AT ALIEXPRESS AND YOU WILL SAVE A LOT OF MONEY.

First off, avoid as everything is shipped from China. I bought the Pro Barista starter kit for my Sage Barista Express in 54mm. The tamper does not tamp down properly, the distributor tool scratches the sides of my porterfilter when rotating and doesn't create a smooth coffee surface. Overall, not satisfied. Plus, it took over two weeks to arrive. AVOID

Try to get your money back. Cannot supply the goods and a promised refund never received. Just delaying tactic to avoid making the £100 refund. Total dishonest way of doing business in that they sell items they do not have in stock then will not refund the money.

I bought a 58mm portable portafilter holder and they sent a 51mm one, I sent an email for the return and they never responded. In addition to buying a botomless portafilter that was of the worst qualities, it had mislocated the holes in the filter holder basket. I would never buy more here nor would I recommend doing it

I have made multiple purchases including portafilter, tamper, WDT tool, pneumatic espresso maker, and the Ikape KAPO K2 portable espresso machine. Every time I have had questions or made requests with customer service, they have been responsive. They are my first choice for espresso related items.

I bought the Muvna adjustable levelling espresso tamp in Walnut 54mm for Breville. The product was heavy, precise, and of surprisingly excellent build quality, especially given the online reviews for other products. It was well packaged. I use it several times a day and it was very easy to dial in for perfectly tamped and level pucks and no microchanneling. Shipping took 9 days from order to doorstep. Item comes from mainland China.

Ordered a £100 coffee tamping station (54mm) and was due a free gift (puck screen) which only costs a few pounds. However the screen they sent was 58mm! I asked for them to send the correct size and they refused as it was out of stock and instead asked for me to write a good review. How about ‘We’re very sorry but will send you the correct size once we have this item in stock’ …. Hey presto, a 3 star review turns into a 5 star review.

Misleading product description, followed by abysmal customer support and ending with near hostile responses.

Will never purchase from this company again.

I ordered the walnut coffee scale, not only did it take 3 weeks to receive my item, it does not work properly. The scale dies after a few minutes of use and it does not allow you to tare the weight to O. Very disappointing

Great product and fast delivery

Original order was for magnetic puck screen remover. It did not work with my puck screen. After speaking with the team they kindly sent out a complementary puck screen that works with there device. Good customer service.
