SHIPPING DELAYS - Was not shipped on time
The original delivery date for custom orders was the 19th, but I received it on the 24th of April. Their shipping estimates were inaccurate because I used them to decide which dresses to order for my event last week. Since it didn't arrive on time, I couldn't use it.
The quality of the fabric and embroidery also is not as great as they show in the pictures. The embroidery is peel off in certain places already and very itchy thread.
I ordered a custom fit yet they didn't do the alterations property and fit is very tight that I need to alter it myself.

Horrible experience
I measured myself carefully using their size guide and the dress arrived completely off ... the measurements did not match at all. Getting a return approved was a nightmare. I had to send nearly a dozen emails back and forth before it was resolved, and when I finally got approval, I was charged almost $70 to ship it back. On top of that, I received a separate $30 FedEx bill for duties and taxes upon delivery. This is buried in their fine print and was never made clear at checkout, so it came as a complete surprise. I still have not received any credit to my account. The quality of the dress itself was also poor and did not match what was shown online. I would not order from Lashkaraa again and would strongly caution others before purchasing.
