I wish I’d checked trustpilot before wasting my money on this product. Your order confirmation says 1-2 business days, your site warns that could be delays of 3-5 days to ship at Christmas, but I had confirmation the next day that it had shipped and then nothing. Looks like many others had exact same problem. False advertising more than false lashes. Will be raising dispute through PayPal. No response to emails or DMs either

Ordered on 28th November and received confirmation next day with tracking number. Tracking number says the courier still hasn’t received the order. Emailed Lashaura and have had no reply. Starting to wonder if they’re just scamming people.

If I could give more stars I honestly would! This is by far the best! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, was emailed with every update and arrive before my delivery date! I absolutely love these lashes and will be 100% be purchasing again, TRUE TO DESCRIPTION AND BEST THING EVER!
You can reuse the lashes also which is an absolute bonus now it only takes me 2 minutes to put these lashes on

I ordered these lashes and they never arrived. I have emailed numerous times and they never respond.
I thought they were a genuine business but they are frauds. Beware!!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased from this company, I left a review after 1st purchase and since buying my 2nd set I have been bombarded with emails telling me, rather than asking me to do a review. Please only buy once from this company as your inbox will be full of requests, telling you, to do a review for the same product that you bought again. The customer services department is a joke,I sent 8 emails requesting them to stop but instead of complying legally, they continue to bombard you with the same email. Either they cannot understand a simple request or they are causing stress on purpose. PLEASE IGNORE THIS COMPANY.

Second time I've ordered, great quality and fast delivery. Will be ordering again in future and highly recommend.

Ordered my lashes, and received confirmation that the order was received, I received an email saying that the order was shipped but a separate email with tracking details was being sent. This never arrived and the lashes haven't either! Contacted them a few times and was assured this was being sorted and they were resolving issues. I ordered on 7th and it’s now the 24th and only just received tracking number and have to wait another 3-5 days yet when first ordered I was told 5-7 days so far it’s been 17 days and counting. Customer service isnt great either they just reply to try keep you quiet

I'm a regular customer. Chased on a an express delivery order place nearly 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. After connecting with customer services, I've been informed that LashAura have delays due to shipping issues. If this is the case, don't accept orders, especially express delivery. i'd like my refund and a response to my email.

Ordered 2 sets of lashes. Received confirmation of purchase but never received confirmation of dispatch or shipping. Almost 3 weeks later I emailed them to query where the product was and no reply. Had to put in a grievance with PayPal. Still no response from seller.

Bad, bad delivery! Waited over 2 weeks for an item and received constant lies that it had been sent! Will NEVET order from this company again. You would think the item was coming from China!

I ordered my lashes on Dec 12th for my trip home on Dec 22nd. On Dec 20th I still hadn't received them. They arrived on Dec 28th after I left to go home. I requested a refund and was told I would get one once I returned them. I returned them and they were received and signed for by Ford on January 12th. After 28 emails I finally got a refund on Jan 24th 2022. They denied ever receiving them even though Ford signed for them. Don't order from here. They take for ever to deliver lashes and deny receiving them when they are legitimately returned and signed for.

Amazing great value for money,highly recommend the best that I have come across so far.I use mine all the time and they stay on all day long.

Amazing company and so great to deal with! I will never go back to using glue lashes again after trying these, would 100% recommend especially if you struggle with putting on strip lashes with glue like me! Such great quality and they stay on all night!

I've tried my first pair over a year ago being quite sceptical as I've never tried magnetic lashes before. Ordered out of curiosity, but would never go back to glue lashes again. No mess, and most importantly so much easier. I don't have to worry now that a lash won't stick or that it'll fall off in the middle of the night.

I've also tried many styles, and I'm sure everyone can find something for themselves. From everyday lashes, to statement evening lash. I'd recommend LashAura to everyone, as I will never go back to glue!
