quick shipment, right product

I've only ordered 1 item do faf from lasersheets but I have to say going with this company has been a great choice not only do they sell great products do get you going on your laser journey they help you with educational tips and tricks im super impressed and highly recommend lasersheets

The plates ordered, most of them are completely bent, therefore, not possible to be used.

Great product & fast shipping, but I think a bit overpriced

I never received my order, and the response I got was “it’s out of our control”… disappointed is an understatement. I ordered items shipped from China to Sweden on the same day, with an estimated wait of 7 to 30 days, and I already have them in my hands. Meanwhile, you still haven’t dispatched my order, and the only response you give is “it’s out of our control.” I will update this review once I receive the order I paid for, with the shipping I paid for. So far, I do not recommend them at all.

The delivery works well and also the shape of the sheets is good. Unfortunately, our 4mm birch plywood sheets are completely warped. And not just slightly — we’re talking about a bend of around 10cm, and that applies to all the sheets. We were expecting much better quality. We won’t be ordering these again. After contacting customer service, we were simply referred to a blog with some tips, but they were not particularly helpful. All the products we cut from these sheets are unusable. So now we’re left to pay for the sheets and throw them straight into the dumpster… what a shame.

The quality is very good better then expected

I received my materials today and I am super satisfied with the purchase and the service provided. I bought it on 11/04 and it arrived today, 11/14, at my address in Ireland. Everything came correctly and I will definitely buy again. Thank you guys.

quite mixed feelings. When I first ordered, I called the company to make sure all products were available. A nice lady assured me that it was. After placing the order, I waited a few days for information about the shipment but I did not receive anything by e-mail. After contacting the company, it turned out that there were missing plates of one size...
I decided to give it a second chance and when unpacking the package it turned out that one product was missing. After filing a complaint, it was sent to me a day later, but unfortunately it was slightly damaged...
Most of the products are of very good quality, but I am not sure if I will risk ordering again.

I got a pack of 10 different sheets for model making. One of the sheets was defective with scracthes (polyesterplat) otherwise everything was great. The help chat at the online store was so friendly and useful.
