The laser you sent me has awful focus. Huge artifacts in the beam. It came with no documentation as to what battery I needed to buy in order to power it. I had to track down a few and try them out just to find one that worked. Overall, extremely dissatisfied.

Great service, fast shipping. I had a minor issue, the Laser Pointer store was very quick and responsive to resolve my problem.

Finally found a store that provides honest estimates on the power of the lasers they carry. I will be back again to make another purchase.

Took forever to recieve and then the laser broke a week later. Was a pos!!!

The pointer arrived defective. It would intermittently work but would not focus, then completely stopped working. Submitted help ticket but heard nothing. Used the Help Desk text feature (Only other option). Received a reply to resubmit a ticket and include short video of problem which I did. I also responded to the text to advise them of submission with included video. Have heard nothing since. Deeply disappointed because I used this company based on a friend's recommendation. I will turn this awful experience over to my credit card company.

I have had a really great information on what I exactly I needed from you guys my laser pointe end cap malfunctioned and I got a replacement very promptly.

Great wish they had better warnty on their products. But the çoustmer service is awesome. And the products are top notch.

Laser came dead on arrival. They never responded to multiple emails and trouble tickets, still waiting . Out 80 dollars and very disappointed!

Laser came in broken, the wiring inside was held together with hot glue. No response from seller about possible replacement/refund.

I received my order in 2 weeks and there was even safety glasses added free with both items. Great service I tested the laser power on my lpm and it was exactly as advertised.

Quality product, fast dispatch, have bought 2x now. Model fits in hand very nicely.

I've ordered a 650nm red laser in February. It arrived in about two weeks and the product was super low price. Shipped to my home in California before expected, counting in a few days extra due to Chinese New Year.
Product was more powerful than specified, no exaggerated statistics as seen on other websites you can find easily on Google.

Excellent experience, product quality is great and I'm more than happy with my purchase.
