Initially after ordering I had to follow up after several days to even get a confirmation and for them to send the product to me. They certainly don't deliver the next day, you need to remind them to even send your order. Then they delivered a malfunctioning product that looks like it was used. No contact from their side even though I followed instructions on their web site.
