Excellent service

I’ve had fantastic results with the laser itself – after just 5 sessions, I’ve seen a noticeable reduction, and I absolutely love my therapist. I purchased 12 sessions (2x “top to tail”) and feel confident in my therapist’s skill and knowledge. They’ve made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

However, there are significant issues that really impact the overall experience.

1. Booking & Therapist Consistency:
The booking system is extremely frustrating. It's often difficult to get an appointment, and I’m regularly asked if I can see someone else. For such an intimate treatment, it’s not easy to keep changing therapists. At my very first patch test, the therapist changed – which I accepted – and then again when starting the actual sessions. I eventually settled with my current therapist, who I now trust, and it’s unfair to expect clients to keep switching. You can see there is a high staff turnover rate which doesnt show a company in good light.
Comfort and trust are a huge part of this process.

2. Session Expiry & Communication:
When I bought the “top to tail” package, there was no clear expiry mentioned. Later, I received an email saying my sessions were expiring. Only recently has the expiry date started showing in the app – I never saw it before. With the difficulty in securing bookings and unavoidable delays like holidays, it’s now stressful to try and use 4 sessions before August. When people are spending this much money, they should be able to use sessions with reasonable flexibility.

3. Rescheduling & Tone of Staff:
After a holiday, I came in for my session on April 29th, but my therapist understandably didn’t feel comfortable proceeding due to mild peeling. I appreciated that and was happy to reschedule. However, being told that giving the session back was a “gesture of goodwill” felt a bit patronizing. I didn’t intentionally show up with unfit skin – peeling began closer to the appointment, not 48 hours before. For long-term, loyal clients, there should be more understanding and flexibility.

4. Front Desk Experience:
Unfortunately, the front desk staff, one person in particular i will not name have not been welcoming. I will name her after my sessions finish. I think she is horrible and rude and shouldn't be working there. No smiles, no warmth – it felt hostile rather than supportive, which is disappointing given the nature of the service and the cost. This particular person acts as though money is coming out of her pocket.
We the clients are the ones paying for this.

To sum up:
Laser results? Incredible.
My therapist? Truly excellent.
But the overall experience is being let down by poor communication, inflexible policies, and unfriendly customer service. With improvements in these areas, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

I had my first full body session yesterday and had such a positive experience! Victoria was friendly and professional and put me at ease. The patient co-ordinators follow up with you before and after the appointment which is really nice. I have only just started my treatment but I would recommend Laser Me Out if you are considering Laser.

My practitioner Masooda made me feel comfortable throughout my session. I want to thank her for being very friendly. I would definitely book her again for my next session.

This clinic is lovely, the staff are welcoming and the therapist made me very comfortable. I was pleased that the session was efficient and less painful than I imagined.

I really like the design of the reception and studios, it’s super cosy. Offering a bottle of water is a super nice touch. The reception team is lovely, they’ve show great flexibility in regards to booking time change which saved my day last time. I’m super happy with the service really. The therapists are super nice and caring, always a nice thing to say to make me relax and deal with the pain. The only area of improvement would be to have the same therapist all the time which I know is requested but not always possible. Another nice touch from the therapist that I really appreciate are the after treatment advices I receive and the SPF that’s always applied ☺️😊

I had my treatment with Sadaf who is so sweet and professional she really knows her stuff and is very thorough. I have pcos so this is something I've suffered with a long time and finally getting real results even after my first session.

Sadaf was amazing at my recent session - my skin is sensitive and her expertise ensured each area of my body was given a tailored treatment without sensitising the skin. Her kindness and expert knowledge was so assuring and with giggles and encouragement along the way, I left a happy hair free bunny! I barely felt a thing 💞
