Ordered settopbox after seeing Laserco recommended in second place in a best-of list. The decider was that they are local. Box arrived 2 days later, i took a deep breath and opened it, and with minimal peering at diagrams, it was Done!! And my 13 yo TV suddenly has a new picture definition that’s so clear it practically punched me in the face haha. Very cool to be able to see all the channels again after watching them disappear one by one, ABC Entertains was the last straw, had to act, lol. My life is now complete, can see Whatever Housewives and Sbs food and Viceland and sbs movies!!!!! yes I know you all know, it’s just kind of a big deal for me right now 😆

Do not use Couriers Please, they couldn't organise a haircut at a barbers. My delivery is missing and went from NSW to Victoria to go to QLD. Then you can't contact them and they send you an automated email saying it will be delayed, like they are taunting you. They would have to be the worst delivery company I have ever seen. Two weeks to get something from NSW to QLD. I will never use them again or any company that uses them. It would have been quicker and no doubt cheaper to use Australia Post. Very pissed off customer. That's right I'm a paying customer. never again.

they employ 1 star courier services who drop packages off after 7pm without obtaining a signature, and also list as obtained a signature even after admitting it was drop off at door. Was an issue with wrong address but if delivery driver had done job correctly then there would not have been a problem. Company would rather bother police with a $40 false stolen report than issue a replacement. poorest customer service i have ever received. Essentially the have stolen a 11 year olds bday present and will do nothing to resolve.

Great Blu-Ray player
I bought their Blu-Ray player. No issues and also as a bonus it can play h264 mp4 mkv videos very useful straight off a dvd/bluray (no need to use dvdfab, nero) just copy the video straight from file explorer. Also means you can use DVDs in 1080P as long as video file is under 4.7GB
