I had booked microdermabration and all communication received from the clinic and online was indicating that my appointment will include consultation. I did not receive any consult about my skin, nor I received any information about the products being used during the procedure. I was given a very brief description about the procedure itself and I have to ask all the questions in order to get better understanding.
The therapist was nice, and the little I know about the procedure, she did it well, however it was disappointing not to receive any professional consult about my skin. At the end of the day I paid for a professional service and this was not was delivered.

Excellent and expert laser therapy with knowledge of how to apply a certain laser at a particular intensity to every area.

Another fabulous experience at this amazing clinic with the wonderful Diana. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Friendly Welcoming staff on arrival . Arrived early and the staff kindly brought my appointment forward having arrived through heavy rain I was given hand towels to dry off by a ( quick thinking ) kind clinical assistant ( Lauren ) which was appreciated very much!

The lady that did my laser today was excellent, I didn’t catch her name tho. But she was really thorough with the laser and not missing any spot unlike my other experiences.

The therapist was lovely and did a thorough job of my leg and underarm laser treatment. The loo wasn't available at the time of visiting which was a bit of a pain and why I've put a 4/5.

Staff have always been very lovely and accommodating. I have had a few treatments with Nicola now and I want to share that she has particularly been great, very thorough and has a lovely, gentle and kind manner which puts you at ease. Thank you.

Laser clinics is a great place, I have always used the one in Wimbledon and the services are great However, I feel that my last visit was a bit of a hurried job. There wasn't much attention to getting the lip and chin, we were done in like 3mins. Every other thing was great as usual.

Stephanie is one of the best at the Wimbledon clinic, always super friendly and helpful and puts you at ease! Couldn’t recommend Stephanie or laser hair removal enough!

I have been a loyal customer of your clinic for the past three years, consistently purchasing a variety of packages ranging from facial treatments to laser sessions. Until now, I’ve always had somehow positive experiences, which makes it even more disappointing to share the poor treatment I received during my recent visit.

I had booked a lip and chin package, along with a top-up session for half legs, underarms, and Hollywood. Unfortunately, the therapist assigned to me this time did not meet the professional standards I’ve come to expect. The session felt rushed and incomplete. She did not apply any cream post-treatment to my underarms or face, which has always been part of the aftercare in my previous sessions.

Prior to my appointment, I had a pedicure, during which a small amount of cream was applied to my legs. When the therapist noticed this, she abruptly stated that the session couldn’t proceed because of it. I offered to return the next day to complete the treatment, but she refused in a very dismissive and rude manner. I calmly explained that I am a regular client and was simply trying to avoid losing a session I had paid for. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, her colleague told me I was not allowed to “speak to them this way” — even though I was merely expressing my concern — and I was asked to leave the clinic.

This experience was not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing. I do not expect to be treated this way, especially as a loyal customer. They made me feel as if they gifted this treatment to me 😂 it’s actually hilarious how they had the audacity to speak to their customers this way, also I have never heard of such a policy in my life where you can’t apply any moisturizer for 24 hours before your session!!!!! I am requesting either a transfer to another branch to complete the remainder of my sessions, or a full refund for the services not rendered.

Additionally, I strongly urge the clinic to ensure that staff are trained to maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Clients should feel respected and valued — not dismissed or spoken to rudely.

I wouldnt book online or visit this clinic. I've experienced really poor customer service. Its going on 3 weeks and I'm still awaiting a refund for a treatment I was advised not to go ahead with. The Manager seems to be the only person who can action a refund, she seems to only work one day a week. I keep being asked to wait 7 days or call back when the manager is in or being told "oh you haven't received the refund yet? how strange maybe wait a bit longer". It's been 3 weeks and there is still no sign of a refund. Recommend you find an alternative.

I had had several Microdermabrasion treatments from abroad and I found it to be great for improving acne scares on the face, even reducing stretch marks on the thighs, each treatment last about an hour. You will notice that the skin will start to peel after a few days but this is mild, the result was great.

I bought 2 sessions of Microdermabrasion in December 2024 and I had the first session the following day at Wimbledon branch as this is closed to home. I found the first session was very quick and I didn't feel much was done to the skin which was a surprise. I did mention to the therapist at the time but thought I should give this a chance and I bought an additional enzyme peel before I left. I had the second Microdermabrasion in January 2025, again. I saw a different therapist this time, the treatment didn't take long just like the first session.

I returned for the enzyme peel around the 02nd March. There were a few female members of staff at the front desk. After the greet & meet, I mentioned that I was going to use the bathroom first but one of the staff members immediately stopped me and advised that the bathroom was out of service, beside, the clients were not permitted to use the bathroom. I was taken aback as I used the facility on both previous visits. I mentioned on the spot that I was very surprised to hear this. I later learnt that this lady is one of the managers and that the toilet was in perfect working order.

I had the same therapist who saw me previously. She was nice, polite, calm and understanding. She explained about the treatment as it was my first time to have any kind of skin peels.

Unfortunately, I haven't noticed any improvement on my skin but perhaps feeling a little softer at first. The Microdermabrasion that I received abroad was a lot more comprehensive hence the result was immediate. My skin remains unchanged after the enzyme peel, not even a small sign of peeling skin.

The beauty industry is very competitive, I think the Laser Clinic failed to make the cut. Further more, I can use the bathroom at a small studio where I usually have my facial done so surely, a large company such as the Laser Clinic should be able to provide even better facilities for their clients.

Diana is amazing in the Wimbledon branch. A true credit to the business and I've had great results too.

I recently visited laser clinics Wimbledon for laser treatment, and I couldn't be more impressed! The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The staff is incredibly professional, and the manager, went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience and great deal for my package! They took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt well-cared for throughout the process. I’m already seeing fantastic results and will definitely be returning for my next treatment. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering affordable & effective laser treatments!
