Unsatisfied client will never shop there again
I received 3 bra’s as a Christmas gift and within 4 months the area that the straps clip in were all frayed and falling apart. I contacted the head office and explained the situation and added pictures to show what had happened. I received a reply saying the case was being closed.i resent the letter and said how can the case be closed when I haven’t even had a reply. I got a reply 7 days letter saying they apologize there not sure what happened so I explain the situation again and sent the pictures I received a email asking if I had the receipt I explained again that they were Christmas gift and after they fit me my mother had thrown out the receipts they said sorry there’s nothing they can do without receipts so the case is closed. I will never purchase another product from them they have know Customerservice and the policy is realistic who keeps a receipt for 5 to 6 months for a bra

LaSenza customer service couldn’t help me with my issue. I had two bras not even 4 month since I purchased them it got ripped at the same spot.
I contacted customer service and ask to help me, they said nothing without receipts?! I don’t have them that’s why I’m contacting customer service otherwise I would go to store.

So listen.. I love their bras, the quality and the designs. However, it's been more than a week and I've been trying over and over again to make a purchase. There's some technical issues, so I was advised to try the next day as it was currently being worked on. I've added the items back into my cart and tried to checkout about 15 times now and still it won't work. It's a tedious process and the LaSenza staff says since they work from home there's no help they can provide.. so now the sales are gone, certain styles that I had selected are soon to be gone.. and I still CANNOT ORDER. It's beyond frustrating, and there's simply no help they offer. Very very sad, how long will this be broken??

This is the absolute worst company to try to order from.
Almost 2 weeks ago, I made an order and waited for an email saying my order had been processed. After not getting one, I contacted them to see what was going on. They told me they were having IT issues, that my order hadn't gone through and try ordering again another time. I thought a week was a long time to not have issues like that resolved, but whatever.
Today I tried to order again, thinking they must have their issues figured out. NOPE! I got the email saying my order was received (just like last time) but I checked my account to see if my order would show up there. Says "the page you're looking for isn't available."
So, La Senza, when do you plan on having these issues fixed? I'll never be buying from this garbage company again, not even in store. They clearly don't want business if they can't have ordering problems figured out. Starting to think IT issues are just an excuse because there's no reason it should take WEEKS to have things like that persist. Get your act together!!!!
Terrible Customer Service and Product
I always see people say that they would give zero stars if they could and think that's a tad dramatic, but I now understand. I received my order and the quality of the bras I ordered was less than subpar especially for the price point. Neither of the bras I ordered provided any coverage at all despite one of them being advertised as full coverage. I requested a return label and wasn't sent one- I had to call to have one sent. When it was sent, I received a label that will be shipped to Chicago, IL despite being charged "international shipping costs". When I reached out to customer service to verify that this was correct, I was told it wasn't and to send a screenshot and another, correct label would be provided. I then received a condescending message asking where I made an error with the package and explained that I was told the return label should be for Canada, not in the US (and this was the reason for the international shipping fee). The second agent let me know this was not the case and that I would be charged a $20 return fee despite the fact that my return would be sent to a hub in the US "to save the company in costs". I pointed out that I would now being charged shipping both ways when only once would they have had to pay international shipping and was essentially told this is the way it was. I would not recommend La Senza to anyone due to poor quality product and even worse customer service.
Broken website tries to overcharge UK customers
Used to be my go to shop but their garbage website doesn't actually convert the currency, instead it changes the dollar sign to a pound sign so when you go to pay your £29 bras are suddenly £39!! Told multiple customer service agents who said it would be fixed and 2 weeks later still does it. They could have at least offered to help me purchase another way but no. So guess I'd better find somewhere else to shop from now on that helps its loyal customers. Such a disappointment
The sizes run small and quality doesn't last
The sizes run small, and the items don't last long even when you take special care of them. I thought I just had bad luck with it before but now I know that all of their product is similar. I own medium at home and ordered the same from them and they were like a small. Nothing fit when it arrived. Returning them means waiting weeks for a refund or driving an hour to the nearest store. They don't have a lot on line to chose from in sizes, and I would think they would by now when Christmas shopping has started. My last pair of underwear are terrible quality and have stretched and faded when washed. My bra straps are also bad quality. I am surprised to have been measured at the store yet all of their clothing doesn't match what they wrote down for me. Very disappointed.

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. We ordered in April. Items didn’t fit. Returned them as per their instructions (had to pay to return). Called 6 weeks later and was informed I had to wait a full 8 weeks from them receiving out return for refund to be processed. 2 weeks later they refunded 10% of the amount owed. I called and they were so rude. Telling me my refund was done correctly and paypal was at fault. Refused to help. Rudely said they would send a screenshot. Called paypal and they confirmed that refund was processed as lesenza initiated. Called back and sent screenshots. Promised refund would be corrected in 3 business days. 4 business days later no refund. Call again now they want 5 more business days. When I say it’s unacceptable they tell me other refunds ahead of mine. Wow. 3 months no refund!!! Avoid!!! Think they are going bankrupt and just saying anything to customers.
The customer service team needs some Human decency training
The customer service team needs some real training under their belt. In January I ordered two bras, paid for the two bras, received emails the two bras were shipped but one received one there’s my first issue. I contacted then and said they were “out of stock” but I still charged and should have been made aware but wasn’t, but for me to keep checking the website and when the bra is back in stock to call so I can receive my full order finally, that’s issue number two. Number three and cherry on top. The lady who I called the first time lied to me and said I’d be able to get another one without paying because I was charged but this this lady today tried telling me I have to order another one and pay for it full price even though I paid for it at a sale price of 50% off. They are all over the place, horrible customer service and just down right rude and ignorant. I will not be ordering from La sends going forward, their bras aren’t worth the price to me anymore given their horrible customer service.
Extremely lengthy process for loss of shipment refund or re-ship
I would warn anyone wants to shop with LaSenza online to be careful. They take forever to handle your issue. They handle loss of shipment very poorly and irresponsibly. When customer has paid, it really does not make sense for LaSenza to post all the resolving issue time (14-21 days) with Canada post onto customer. LaSenza should take more responsibility and care to customer's satisfaction towards loss of shipment. Canada post has confirmed they lost track of the shipment and ask customer to contact sender. That should be between LaSenza with Canada Post which I believe your shipping insurance would cover. But putting all that resolving time to the customer is really not fair. I would like this post to be public to customer review and hopefully LaSenza can change this attitude of not being responsible and caring to customers for handling loss of shipment.

Ordered some bras from here once or twice and had no issues. Quality isn't per se the best but the deals are unbeatable. Stock sells out quick though.

Husband purchased some knickers for me at Christmas when I opened them I noticed he had bought the wrong size on the label the returns process is awful cost 9 quid tracked to send back to France apparently they were returned start of January still haven't received a refund for them it's now mid March would not use again have basically stole our money and we have nothing awful.

First the online system didn't work.
No response to help me solve it.
Once I did solve it I had to pay £15 to return an item.
All in all I spent about 2.5 hours trying to return some bras - which only didn't fit because I went by the la senza size guide.

Poorly designed and cheaply made
Poorly designed and cheaply made. Bought "the sexies" in every color which are a cheeky fit. Stitching starting to fall apart after only a few washes. Also, within a few minutes of wearing them you will notice you constantly have to pick out your camel toe. It is annoying and uncomfortable. I still wear them sometimes when others are in the wash but my midday im so frustrated id rather go commando or end up changing underwear.

I have made a purchase on the 30th of December that was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd January. I was excited and eagerly waiting to receive my items.
When I noticed there was a delay in receiving them, I checked the tracking service provided the first time and it said that the parcel was returned to the sender, a day later it was sent out for delivery again, so I thought that everything was ok.
Yesterday I checked again and it said that the parcel was returned to the sender, again!!!
I called to ask and I was told that the address provided was incomplete and at this stage the order will be considered as a returned item and I will be reimbursed. I am now extremely disappointed and frustrated.
The address I provide was missing a street name (due to heavy internet traffic during the holidays the page kept lagging and I had to re-enter my information so I made a mistake), but it did have a postal code, which if used can provide Lasenza with the exact location of my house. Second, no one thought of contacting me even though they have my contact information. Why else would they collect such information if they are not planning on using it???
I was not contacted the first time or the second time when my parcel was returned to your facility, and I am not sure I would have known any of this had I not called yesterday to ask. This is extremely unprofessional and I expected way better from a company like this.
I now lost, not only the long time I spent online picking my items, but also the items that I picked on sale, and can’t afford now. Not to mention I have to wait for 14 days to receive my money back.
This is so unprofessional and not a way to do business with clients. I am sure since they have plenty more clients, I am dispensable to but this should not be a reason for them not to have decent custom service.
The reason why they ask for our phone numbers and email addresses is to contact us if there’s any issues with the order and THEY NEVER DID!!!!
Anyway, having read the rest of these reviews I’m glad I’m getting my money back, and I’d rather spend it at Victoria’s Secret than here.
