Amazing service from start to finish!

Stuart the sales man helped us with everything it couldnt have went any easier all we had to do was pick the carpet and underlay and he sorted the rest out very polite man and couldn’t be anymore helpful!

Chris the carpet fitter was amazing he was very professional and got the job done within an hour, kept everything very tidy and clean! the carpet looks amazing!

Brilliant service. Easy and straightforward website with great explanation of the mattresses to choose the correct comfort/support. I recently visited the shop to look at vinyl flooring. I was greeted by Henry who is always very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and gives advice between products. I left there with new vinyl and an appointment for the fitters to come in 2 days time.
The fitters arrived this morning and were so friendly and lovely. They did a great job and I'm really impressed.
I will use this company for all flooring going forward.

Old school values, welcomed as we came in to the store and asked if we needed help. Allowed to look around unhurried And as soon as we had questions they were answered no nonsense and with obvious product knowledge. Would loved to have chatted to the big man himself, but hopefully he will rest assured that all is as he would expect. Bought some vinyl flooring which was good quality, all easy to view and choose from. Once the measurements were passed on, it was cut, rolled, and carried out to our vehicle. We paid, got a receipt and were in and out in 20 minutes with exactly what we came for. Our previous visit on the same day to an unnamed flooring "superstore" ended in disappointment, as we found a suitable product, we were then informed that we could possibly have it "as soon as 10 days time" It was more expensive, so needless to say, I looked at the wife, and said Rendle street? I then sang Larry's own advert to her from about 10 years ago, and the rest is history! Thanks Larry and your "Proper" team
