Fabulous quality , lovely delivery drivers . I love my new larder !

Beautiful quality. I love my new larder. Great customer service. The assembly team were very skilled and negotiated tricky access. I think the difference between a good and a great company is how thay handle when something goes wrong and a small issue was quickly dealt with. Comms were excellent throughout. All in all I can't really recommend highly enough.

The larder was not as advertised when it arrived,there was damage and one of the extras that I had purchased was not included. The back was missing the two holes that would allow power access which is why I had selected this model over other options, customer service were obtuse and unhelpful in attempting to resolve suggesting a date 3 weeks away that I would have to take leave to be available for. The item was delivered without one of the extra items that I had purchased ( the light pack add on) this was not brought to my attention before delivery and I had to raise this as an issue to resolve, I still have not received refund for this item that I was charged extra for 9 weeks ago.

We have just had delivery of our Larder unit from Larders UK. When we ordered we were told 6-8 weeks. The customer service right from the outset was fantastic. Communication was very good. We were then sent an email of delivery date and time, almost 6 weeks to the day. We were told the delivery would be made at 9am. Expecting sometime during the day it duly arrived just after 9am. The delivery guys set up the unit where it was wanted. Very professional service. The quality of the unit is excellent. We cannot thank Larders UK enough for a great journey.

Fabulous workmanship. Beautiful product. Excellent delivery and fitting staff. I cannot praise this company enough. They are a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.
