After decades in the IT industry, I can confidently say Laravel is the absolute best thing that has happened to PHP. It takes away the pain of building complex API backends and large-scale enterprise applications. The ecosystem is incredibly rich, the documentation is flawless, and the developer experience is top-notch. Highly recommended.

I submitted a help ticket and the AI agent response was generic but helpful in understanding the underlying problem and helped diagnose the cause of the issue.

No additional assistance was needed from a live agent, but I received a response from Hagner (I misspelled the name in my reply to them, apologies), who not only followed up but granted me some additional Nightwatch events so I could continue monitoring the system (since the issue guzzled up my usage quota for the entire month).

The platform is AWESOME. Amazing experience, tons of options, automations, metrics into traffic, etc. Easy to integrate octane, nightwatch, etc. Am able to get really good performance out of my system!

The whole idea & implementation of Laravel cloud is awesome!
I would appreciate it though, if the admin panel had options for database functionality like exporting the database or preview the database directly from the platform.

About six months ago, my team rewrote an existing .NET app using Laravel and hosted it on Laravel Cloud. In addition to allowing us to iterate rapidly, we decided to host on Laravel Cloud. This has been an exceptional experience throughout the entire development and deployment lifecycle. The few times I've needed support from the Laravel team have been met with a quick and helpful response. Great job to the Laravel team.

Laravel Forge has unfortunately become a total nightmare. For a paid product with high pricing, the customer support is unacceptable. It was already lacking, but it has gotten significantly worse recently.

The product itself feels surprisingly immature for how long it has been around. I constantly encounter bugs and unclear error messages that make troubleshooting impossible. To make matters worse, when you reach out for help, the support team is incredibly slow to respond, if they reply at all. Sometimes, I simply never get an answer.

Good framework for Php. I think best now
