The product is great and works fine. The email communication that I received prior to shipping to confirm it was the correct adapter really made a difference to me.

Horrible company. After waiting more than a month, they sent me a used part. They sent me an email a few days ago asking if I want this used part with $25 discount and I said no. Just return my money. But they ignore and sent the part. Avoid buying from them.

We purchased a replacement battery for our business Asus laptop. The purchase experience was flawless and shipping was faster then expected.

However, the battery's performance is subpar. Brand new with light laptop usage we only get 4-5 hours of use. And this is using Windows Battery Saver options. Had we known, we wouldn't have purchased and gone through the trouble of replacing the battery.

We contacted support but they claimed there's nothing they could do.

Support and communicating with the supplier was prompt.

We hope this review can help others.

Order a replacement keyboard rated as new on their website the keyboard arrived with scatch on it the aluminium casing was bent and the lettering on the side of keyboard assembly where it's written hdmi usb etc was all erased this compagny is clearly selling refurbished keyboard as new don't by from them they are legit scammer

I have dealt with this company numerous times over the years, most recently this month (screen and keyboard for two different laptops). Excellent products, good prices, and good delivery times. Highly recommended.

Ordered a replacement screen for my laptop. It was too big so I emailed requesting an exchange for the correct screen and received a shipping label to send back but they had to deduct $20 from the refund to pay for the label. I repackaged the laptop screen the same way it was received and when I reached out to find out where my refund was they told me it had arrived completely smashed. Instead of offering any sort of refund they have said they would not refund any amount. Horrible customer service.

I ordered an Acer adapter charger on 28 July 2023. I received it on 21 August 2023. Futhermore, the AC cable's adapter doesn't fit with the Transformer's DC port. It has been a total waste of time and money.

Don't trust this company with your money! I ordered a simple charger for my Macbook (said to be a genuine Apple product) and it came unboxed from it's original packaging and with only half of the contents it should contain (all other competitors sell chargers with the AC "duck head" adapter and an extension AC cable included). I emailed their customer support requesting they send the missing cable and they said they would only send it if I paid an extra $33 for it... A part that is *included with ALL other competitors* and is included in Apple's original packaging. After all this they then offered to return the product for me if I wasn't happy, but charge me return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Absolute garbage. I couldn't return it because I needed it to charge my laptop (as my original charger broke).

To add injury to insult, the charger has since stopped working all together. I had to go to a box store a pick up another. Comparing the two side by side, I believe the adapter piece is not even an Apple product - it's off-brand knockoff. You have to hold it tight for the power to turn on and, if you let go of the charger, it stops working all together.

These guys look like they're giving you a deal with prices slightly lower than competitors, but don't believe it - they're only selling you half of what you should get and cutting corners wherever they can.

Bought AC Adapter Charger in June 27 for $62.99 CAD, and it Dies August 10th.
Didn't even use it for two weeks of that time.

Advertised as a new genuine Dell XPS 13 9360 AC Adapter Charge. Plug it in now and nothing.

I stand corrected! Once I contacted them, they are promptly shipping me a replacement stating it had a 1 year warranty.

48 hrs yesterday: thats all it took Laptop Parts from me ordering my laptop battery to a drop off at my front door. That's excellent and fast service. Good Job!

Very irresponsible. This is my first and last time shop here. Waiting for more than 3 weeks for my package and not sure how much longer.

A salesman found the correct power adaptor for my older laptop after I'd been searching for many months and once had ordered and received the wrong one. It was ordered and shipped by LaptopParts.ca in good time and was the correct one. I so appreciate this!

Excellent service and prompt delivery. They double-checked with me that I had the correct part numbers for my 2009 MacBook Pro, cross-checking with the serial number (I didn't know where it was), and even supplied the small screwdrivers needed for the moderately difficult disassembly and installation.

Ordered a couple of genuine power adapters for my laptops. Works perfectly as compared to other power supply that doesn’t charge sufficiently. Great service and delivery times.

Horrible company purchased a part for my laptop specifically gave them my model number and still managed to send me the wrong part I'm still waiting from a response from customer service

I am an elementary school teacher, distance teaching like the majority of our province. I use two computers and a phone daily to keep in touch and work with my students. Wednesday evening, my AC adapter went on my laptop. Frazzled I was about to order something quickly and hope to get it in a few days. My youngest son told me to order from a reputable Canadian company, "and don't get after market"! Glad I took his advice and ordered from LaptopParts.ca. They won't send your order out either until you confirm part and model numbers, to ensure that we both have peace of mind, knowing that we would get what we ordered and sent. Placed my order the next morning at 9:57am Thursday and received my order tonight at 5:15pm Friday. I did not upgrade on shipping, free delivery was 2 to 8 days so I decided I could live with my choice. Considering a weekend fell in that time frame I didn't see the value in paying more to hopefully get it here sooner. Keep in mind they are located near Ottawa, ON and I live in Windsor, ON (about a 10 hour drive). Talk about speedy deliver! I definitely recommend giving LaptopParts.ca your business next time you require computer parts.

The product in the image matches the product I thought I would get.

However, after receiving my shipment, I got a product that was wired differently and that wouldn't connect properly. Don't buy from them, because they responded promptly about my shipment info, but when I wanted the issue of the wrong product received to be resolved, I didn't get a response for 2 whole days.

Ironically, later when I asked for a refund, I received a prompt response that I would have to return it in order to receive a refund.....

Yeah be careful what you buy from them, it was my first experience and it was pretty disappointing.

Maybe they have more general items, but be beware when buying specific small parts related to your laptop model. It will better to look at eBay or even Amazon.

I bought a brand new power supply and everything works perfectly, item received quickly in 2 days even though i pay a little extra for UPS shipping .
