I bought their top of range refurbished laptop. It was incredibly slow from the beginning, then within 6 months the battery had died, the charger didn't work and the laptop performed worse than the laptop I'd bought it to replace.

When reporting this to their customer service, the experience was terrible. They refused to take any responsibility for essentially having sold me a broken laptop. No understanding of the issue, only requoting their warranty policy. They wouldn't allow me to replace the latop because I'd reported it later than 1 month, and they wanted to charge me for the battery even though I'd bought 2 years warranty with the product.

The warranty is useless. I won't use their repair services now because I don't trust their repairs! The battery they replaced also doesn't work and the charger they sent back to me was broken. I can't get a refund so I have a laptop that I don't want.

Terrible, terrible, terrible.

I bought a Dell computer at a good price and it was great, but a few weeks later the charging port stopped working and I had to send it back. I got very good service from them as it was repaired and sent back in about two weeks time. Happy with this purchase and service.

Laptop is fine and in specification, working as expected. Only a little disappointed form the stickers on the keyboard.
