Plugged in straight away and had 50%…
It plugged in straight away and had 50% (I think) charge. Plugged it into the mains and was charging straight away.
Booted the laptop up and it works fine. Now has a full charge.
I have 2 more laptops with the same problem so all should be good in a few days.

Website was easy to find what I needed, product worked and fitted perfectly!
It would be amazing as a support to the product to have a link to replacement documents but this would be very difficult to arrange for all products.
