Skeptical at first
Skeptical at first because I've never heard anything about them. Seeing a couple of people on Reddit vouch for them and have no issues with their order, I gave it a try. Ordered a figure for $55($85+ everywhere else due to it being an old pre-order) + $20 for shipping and it was shipped the next day. Waited 2 days and it arrived on time. I don't buy a lot of figurines but I would buy from them again.

Overly cautious customer experience
Long story short: You can trust this shop and the customer service is quick and effective.
Long story: It's my first review because, I too, am not very trustful when it comes to online shopping, but after cross-checking other customers (to see if they are frauds or bots), seeing the other reviews, investigating on many other pages I gave it a try.
Had some issues with my address because of my location being a bit remote, delivery was kind of a fight because FedEx doesn't have any warehouse on the Canary Islands and customer support was trying their best to make the delivery reach me. After 1 week of delay (FedEx's fault btw) I got my package in pristine conditions.
I don't put my trust on anything easily, but I trust Lapin Noir.

Amazing store! Genuine figures from Japan.
Recently bought a Megumin figure for my husband as a gift, buying was smooth and they have such an amazing selection of figures it was hard to choose the perfect one. I was very happy to see that the figure was shipped directly from Japan but even then it arrived in less than a week. They also shipped it out super quickly, only a day after purchase! Will definitely buy from them again.

Great company for buying figures! Was on the lookout for a while on where to start collecting figures. Eventually came across this site, due to the great prices. I live in Canada, and the experience has been fantastic so far! They genuinely have the best packing I've seen before, with my 3 orders so far arriving in perfect condition, and coming within the expected shipping time. It's also worth noting that they have a really good selection of figures, some of which are quite hard to find normally. About to put in my 4th order, looking forward to many more!

Lapin Noir did a great job, as usual. I've bought quite a few times at this store already and never had any issues, the products are very well packaged in two layers of wrapping and shipped fairly quickly.
The store also offers unboxing and checking figures that were purchased, in order to spot production errors or damages that would have otherwise been hidden inside. Easily one of the best features the shop offers!
The customer service is also very helpful and friendly, will usually answer in 24 hours.
