Do not make a purchase from this company! The cat toy was of poor quality, and when I requested to make a return (they tout a generous"99 day return policy) I was instructed to mail the item to China, which would have cost over half the price of the item. Total scam - stay away!!

The cat toys that arrived would not charge. When I inquired about returning it and getting a refund, I was told to send it to China. This would have cost 3 times the amount I paid for the toy.

Hello, I don’t highly recommend this Flappy Bird. What a joke I wasted my money on this toy. The video shows that this bird flys up in the air and it does not. Also to get the bird to turn on I have to smack it or tap it on a hard surface to get it to work. All that it does is flap its wings and chirps. This toy comes from over seas as well. I don’t recommend and I am highly disappointed. I was so excited to get this toy for my cat.

I FIGURED IT OUT EVERYONE! Mine didn’t work either, until I threw it on the floor! I had the same experience as everyone else- I bought two, neither turned green nor would they work. I unscrewed the apparatus and then somehow triggered it (didn’t unscrew both, just one) and now they both work. So throw it on the floor after charging and turning the little switch to on. I hope it works for you too!

This company sent me a non-functioning product and is giving me the runaround exchanging it or getting a refund. I believe they are intentionally selling faulty products and are counting on the lower dollar denomination of their products to have their customers give up on the dispute.
3/30/26-Still no satisfaction.

Ordered two, just received them, charged them, neither work. How disappointing considering the long wait. Seems like waste of time trying to get a refund, but we will see.

This company show fake advertising of the product Flying bird ! It’s came not even moving after charge! This will go to economical departments so they block your market here .

I have been in sales for over 35 years and Lapcatz.com has to be the most unethical, deceiving, disgusting false advertising I have ever seen.

1. Their main Products page shows a toy bird flying in the air which is false and misleading because it only flaps on the ground
2. The three modes are described using the word FLIGHT three times which is more misleading information because IT DOES NOT FLY
3. Worst of all, they go out of their way to show a live video of a cat chasing the toy bird flying around in the air with no string wand attached or human intervention which is totally false because the toy DOES NOT FLY

They admitted to me in an email response that the toy does not fly and they would only refund me if I spent more money sending it back. This company is dishonest, corrupt, unethical, and no one should buy from them ever to avoid getting ripped off like I did.

Bought the bird toy. Won't even charge. I guess I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

Arrived without the supposedly enclosed USB cable and no instruction manual - thus useless I did send them the info but don't really expect to hear back

The toy bird arrived broken. It doesn’t do anything and looks cheap and nasty. I tried to charge it and the battery glowed red but then eventually went off and still nothing happened. I have contacted them for a refund or exchange but, reading the reviews here, I’m not holding out much hope.

The bird cat toy is terrible.
It does not charge or turn on.
It’s so badly made.

The product never worked as described because it never turned on. Charged it for a day after unpacking…never activated the bird toy.
Customer service is completely AI and does not offer getting a new one expedited…they only offer the item be sent back, to China, and if Lapcatz found defective, a credit will be issued… is that objective or another way to not send out a refund??? Don’t buy from this toy, in my opinion.

Website reviews are clearly fake. Even fake low star reviews to hide that the 5 star reviews are fake too.

The bird doesn't fly!! They literally have a video on there page of the bird flying!!! And there reviews are fake!! tons of review from the same person

TOINK loves her new cat bed! This is our neighbor's cat but she visits often and sometimes takes a nap. She's not allowed on the furniture so needed something soft, cushy, and cozy for the floor. This is it and she always uses her front paws to "make biscuits" before settling in and sleeps both inside and on top.

THIS company is a scam! THE BIRD does not fly! They do not refund your money, its from CHINA!~ It costs more to return the item than the toy! ITS a SCAM! Stay away!

Same issues as the others- the toy never charged. They asked for a video- immediately sent them multiple videos. They then requested ANOTHER video! And now they have stopped responding. It’s the runaround. It’s a full on scam with a literal garbage product. DO NOT BUY!

Total scam. Do not buy. They have pages and pages of fake reviews on their site. They list this product as "flying erratically" for "hours and hours of independent play". The same product is offered on Chewy for 1/3rd of the price. Their return policy is impossible - you will have to ship back to china and it will cost more than what you spent on the product.
