I received an incorrect order
I received an incorrect order. Emailed but heard nothing so I chased by phone. Was told I’d be receiving the correct item and an email confirming this. No email received and, to date, not the promised item. But perhaps a bit early and hopefully it’s on its way …

Good price, bad service
Great price but very slow to send and ignored email chasing. Service is as important as price and they let themselves down there. Still waiting for it. Ordered 23rd September. Now 4th October. Update, they just refunded me so have given an extra star. But they still took a week before sending it and very slow to reply. But not there fault the PO seems to have lost it.
