I ordered a wabi Sabi chair a week ago that was supposed to be delivered today and hasn’t shipped yet. No communication at all since I ordered. I’ve called and emailed multiple times. No reply.
The charge on the credit card shows as “PYN lanoke online HKG” with Hong Kong as the location.
There were red flags I should have heeded. 1) When I paid, I automatically got 10% off and was not charged any taxes which is totally illegal and reeks of fraud. 2) The website gives an address in California when you plug the address in Google map, there is no furniture store that address. 3) there are no reviews of any of their products. 4) they imitate the name of what looks like a boba dude furniture store (lonoke)
I am going to dispute the the charge with my credit card in the hope to be reimbursed since no chair is forthcoming. I’m very disappointed but I should’ve known better. It’s hard to train yourself to think that every online business is a potential scam, most often from China.

If I could give zero stars to this company I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a vanity from this company and when I got it the box looked like it had been through hell and the vanity was TRASHED. I emailed them about it for a MONTH. After a month, they finally decided to do something about it and try to send me a replacement. But MIRACULOUSLY the item was out of stock and could no longer send me a new one. THEYRE AN AWFUL COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM WHATEVER YOU DO.

I recently purchased this kitchen cabinet for my home, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with my choice. This cabinet has not only added a touch of elegance to my kitchen but has also provided me with much-needed storage space.
