I am an online shopper and this is the worst site I have ever used. Their number is fake no one responds to the various emails sent and I paid extra to expidite my order which I needed for august 28/22 and I still have not received my purchase. All the other sites I have use I have gotten my orders in a timely manner and good quality clothing. This purchase is over $150.00 and I am very disappointed in these scammers

I received the dress, but it did not fit on me. I followed the size guide. I have been trying to get a response from them, with no luck. I have used their contact form, e-mailed them almost everyday, trying to call. No luck.
Luckly I paid with Paypal and they refund my money to my bank account.
I want to return the dress but I don't know where to.

i ordered a prom dress on april 6th and still have yet to receive the dress. its not may 25th and me and my mom have been trying to get the money back and cancel to the order and nothing is there. We've emailed, called, left messages and nobody responds. Don't order from here.

I ordered a dress for my senior prom on March 30th and it still has yet to arrive. It is now May 3rd, which is absolutely ridiculous. The site informed me while purchasing the dress that if I "ordered now" (referring to March 30th), it would arrive between April 11th and 15th. I knew something was off when I received no shipment updates or information regarding the production of my dress. Every time I called the company, I was told by an automated voice that the "caller is busy"and to "try again later." Additionally, any emails that I have sent have been ignored. Do not go based off of the reviews on the actual site for any dresses you may consider purchasing, as I assume that they are fake and that this is all a scam. One review said that the "seller was so kind and communicated with me well" which made me believe the site was legit. I am extremely furious with this whole situation, as that's about $180 down the drain—and a missing prom dress. Overall, this seems like a scam company due to an unwillingness to reach out, a suspiciously CONSTANT occupied phone line, and honestly (I should've known to begin with) a very cheaply designed site (not to mention the fact that I've seen so many of their items on 5+ sites as well).

They refuse to answer messages, I placed an order because the site stated it would arrive by a certain date. I wrote them an email to confirm that date, because if it wouldn’t arrive by that time I would need to cancel. Their terms and conditions state if you place an order and cancel within 24hrs you will receive a full refund. I sent another email stating if I didn’t hear from them within that window I would cancel. Still crickets, I tried to cancel the order AND THERE IS LITERALLY NO WHERE TO CANCEL!! Their number doesn’t work, and I’ve sent two more emails because I feel like they are about to scam me out of my money somehow. I wish I would’ve found these reviews sooner and never ordered from this place.

I ordered a dress from lanmisi for an upcoming party. I paid extra for it to be expedited. The seller provided NO shipping time. The tracking is dysfunctional! The seller refuses to respond to my messages. The phone number doesn’t work. Just utter garbage and poor service. In the end the dress was not delivered and paypal has ordered them to give me my money back. Never order from them!

I am truly disappointed in the communication, and in the product I received. First, the dress came in two pieces which I did not see in the description but that is not that big of a deal once I figured it out. Second, the color was not sage, it was more of a seafoam green color (and yes my computer screen light was turned up to the max). Last, but most importantly, the seller only communicated with me when PayPal asked for a refund. Now that I have asked to return the item, I have only received an address to send the item back to, but I have emailed the seller multiple times asking for a return label to no avail. This is unfortunate because I needed the item for an event, and now I have to look elsewhere.
