SNOW REMOVAL SCAM

This service should be called "Got Your Money and Ran",
They show up very late. In the extreme snow storm we had, they showed up in the night, we had to remove the snow ourselves in order to go to work the next day. Once they have the contract signed, father and son take the liberty of telling you how to maintain your snow removal. They also, for added customer service take the liberty of insulting the customer because they did not clear the driveway to their expectation after less than 2" snowfalls. They went as far as asking for extra money to clear the driveway so their equipment and personnel do not risk damage or getting hurt. UNBELIEVABLE !!! Definitely do NOT sign up these guys.
