Great service, although minor issues with product
The service is top knotch delivery was fast and well informed.
The shed looks fantastic, However......
The door and 1 window did not fit, both were too big so we had to send it to a carpenter to be made to the right size. Whilst this was of course somewhat inconvenient, I have to say that it in no way made us regret our purchase.
For the price and the service, and the over all quality of this shed I would most certainly recommend both product and company.

Delivery took 3 days longer than…
Delivery took 3 days longer than stated. Quality not great at all I know we didn’t pay a fortune for it but it’s very disappointing would have rather paid more to get better quality.

Overall reasonable
Delivery on time.
Company easy to deal with.
On delivery note, it said to check everything delivered,
But impossible to do when there are so many pieces.
4 x 770mm pieces of wood missing, went to local timberyard because didn't have time to wait.
Instructions not too bad.

Good experience , ordered by phone , quick delivery , driver helpful , no obvious breakages but when finally opened 1 box of 2 were broken , ( we had ordered 7 spare so didn’t bother asking for refund on the 2 ) Got another project coming up so would use again

Received a battery charger with a European plug rather than UK plug on. Rang up with a complaint and was promised a quick response. Still waiting for a phone call some 4 days later.

Highly recommend
Had a query on what I needed to order, the guy (sorry forgotten his name) was very helpful. I received numerous emails to update deliver. On the day of delivery the delivery driver txted and then rang when he was 10 minutes away when he arrived he was so friendly and helpful, I can honestly say the nicest delivery driver I have ever met. Overall I would highly recommend this company.

Communication not great
Communication not great and we were left wondering when the delivery would be, also unclear when placing order. However when the delivery did happen the delivery guy was fantastic, he was really nice and friendly and offloaded all the panels by himself he was a real credit to the company and he is the reason I’ve given 4 stars otherwise the score would have been more of a 2 or 3 purely based on communication. The fence panels are lovely and really well made.
