Parts not posted after one week
Parts not posted after one week. Telephoned to enquire and told by email that there is a slight delay and it will be posted 'tomorrow' - Tuesday. I will hopefully receive it on Wednesday but that will be too late for my current needs of security.
It would have been much better had I been warned when you knew you had a problem. As a result my Defender will be at extra risk for 48 hours. Unsatisfactory!
