Had a lovely talk with Ella and I now have a better understanding of the process. This is not for everyone but I guess finances and resilience goes hand in hand.

They are scammers and liars just like Simon Zutshi, Samuel Leeds, etc. They make profits through fake promises and advertising. And you can see from their replies from the negative reviews that they've got an attitude too.
Be very careful with your hard worked money as I'm talking from my own experience and nearly fell into their big trap.
No one makes you rich if you pay them money, it's only up to yourself to succeed and make the right decisions.

I don’t usually write reviews but on this occasion I feel I have to.

I’ve been part of LP since September 25 I am a complete newbie in this industry but the level of support from every member in the LP team is second to none there are plenty of resources to help you on your way and when you get stuck Ella and her team are always willing to guide and advise.
It’s so easy to book a 121 with a member of the team.

In a work riddled with fraud it’s so difficult to find a company that is willing to do what LP does to give us the opportunity to become successful.

You get out what you put in so hard work and determination is the name of the game!

We purchased tickets for Land Profits Mastery Live in Birmingham (17 January 2026) and requested a refund today well before the event. The company refused, relying on a blanket “no refund” policy, and offered only to transfer tickets to a future date.

The same copy and paste refusal was sent to both me and my partner. This kind of behaviour is misleading and raises serious concerns about this company’s practices and her owner Ella.

Under UK consumer law, blanket no-refund policies cannot override statutory rights.

We have escalated the matter through our payment provider and reported it to Trading Standards. This company's practices should be investigated thoroughly.

Land Profits EDU has been formally challenged by the UK Advertising Standards Authority, which found some of their online claims about results and investments to be misleading. This, combined with their refusal to issue refunds even before services are delivered, raises serious concerns about their business practices.

This company shows all the ingredients of a scam. Be careful before paying them anything.

Ella and the whole team are very helpful, easy to contact and respond very quickly. The training videos and accompanying documents are clear, detailed and easy to follow.

Can honestly say Ella and the team are great at what they do, they support you every step. As a mentee this programme is beyond what I have ever had on any other programme. To start with no experience in march and have learnt so much from Ella and the team the time they dedicate is amazing they do an amazing job at teaching and guiding you through every step 👏 thank you

You won’t get a more hands on learning experience than with Ella and her team. It’s refreshing to finally find a company that follows through with their commitments. Ella and Sam specifically work tirelessly to engage with students and offer support. Any reviews saying they offer a get rich quick scheme have not attended the course or joined the programme. Ella clearly explains this process takes 12-18 months to see results, the harder you work the more you get from it.

The land profits program has been phenomenal. The 121 support is far beyond what I expected! There is a very active WhatsApp chat for asking questions as well as the q&a calls. On top of this I can book in a 121 whenever I need extra support. I am really impressed - by far the best course I have ever done. Plus Ella is a genuinely lovely person with the right ethics! Ella was the first to come up with this genius business model and it is amazing to see what she has done with it. We are around 2 months in and have got our website setup and have been sourcing some great sites. We have been getting our first meetings with land owners and are hoping to make some offers soon! I nearly signed up to another similar program but I am SO glad I chose Land Profits. Thank you Ella and the team!

In an industry full of empty get-rich-quick promises and overly expensive teaching with little to no genuine and hands on support, Land Profits cuts right though. Great teaching with excellent one-on-one support and mentoring to back it up. Ella has built an amazingly helpful and knowledgeable team along with a wider community full of supportive people with plenty of learnt and lived experience. To those of you who may have read negative reviews here - I in no way recognise their comments and know any genuine member of LP would agree with me.

Land profits is definitely a real company with real people and a winning strategy. It is NOT a get rich quick scheme which Ella clearly states in her Ads, so for all those who want to be negative due to their own fears and insecurities, do your due diligence instead of writing fake reviews. On a lighter note, the course is easily digestable, even for those with no experience. I have been a member since March 31st and have learned a hell of a lot! I now want to make this my full time job and am working towards this goal! The community is very supportive and full of knowledgeable people all working towards the same goal and sound advice is only a message away. Sam Bell (head coach) is a true diamond and always available to assist at any time of day. To conclude, I highly recommend the mentorship programme for anybody who feels as if they are stuck in a 9-5 rat race with a salary that takes you nowhere. This strategy is not only highly interesting but definitely achievable, and a clear route to financial freedom, IF you are ready and willing to put in the hard work!!!

I’ve been a member of land profits now for 6 months and feel I’ve had time to fully assess what’s on offer. Yes you have to pay to become a member, receive the training, get support, and learn to do what Ella does. Is it good value for money? Yes. In 6 months I’ve learned more through this course than I could ever have expected. I now am looking for ways to ditch my lifelong career and be involved with planning uplifts and property development full time. The support you get is better than any company I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone on the team is super knowledgable, inspiring and professional. The community you’re involved with is also full of people from all different walks of life and many make their living from property, land and construction etc so there’s always someone on hand to give you some advice. Don’t get me wrong, you have to put the effort in but once you get the bit between your teeth like I have, it becomes clear what a great strategy they use. Big shout out to Sam who has helped and been on the ball so much during my journey so far. Thanks to all the team for you efforts too. Great.

The age old saying “If it sounds too good to be true….guess what” Anyone else notice the start date of the company on companies house …. 2024. Also google search the photo of her star student and you’ll see it’s a Facebook page with a different name. It’s all fake!

The program is very well structured and organised. Ella and her team are professional land experts and they give great support to all people in the Land profits community. I am an experienced property developer and I still get great value and information from the team and the other group members. I would strongly recommend land profits to other UK property investors

I’m a student of Ella’s and joint venture with her. I’m here not just to write a well deserved 5* review for Ella and her company, but to support her with the 2 recent reviews which are from unknowns outside of the company, (one reviewer leaving 9 out of 14 reviews a 1*!!), therefore not only cannot comment on an experience they evidently haven’t experienced but are ludicrous.
To state that the company is a scam and only takes the money couldn’t be further from the truth! Ella does have over 10 years experience (check out her LinkedIn page), and set up her company less than 5 years ago, as an educator, mentor and partnership. She delivers exactly what she offers to her students and more! The support is outstanding, as she shows passion in what she does offering 1-1 support to EACH student, as well as weekly calls.
As someone who is new to land uplifts and dyslexic, I’m overwhelmed with the training and support from day 1. Ella has a proven track record and students are genuinely having sites agreed that can be life changing. She does not offer a get rich quick as one review stated, she keeps it very real saying it takes time to get from start to completion, but with her level of support and guidance all the way, it’s a certain that people will be successful.
Land Profits is a growing community who all help each other. I’m an educated woman who did so much research prior to choosing Land Profits and I’m so glad I did.
With regards to the cost of joining the programme and what is included, it’s very worthwhile! I couldn’t recommend Land Profits enough.
