Hi Chelle,

We’re very sorry for the frustration and concern this has caused.

We can confirm that your parcel was collected from our warehouse by Royal Mail on Friday 18/9/26 afternoon.

Unfortunately, the tracking is still showing “We’re expecting it,” which appears to be a delay or technical issue with Royal Mail’s tracking system.

We have experienced occasions before where tracking has not updated promptly after a collection.

As Royal Mail’s business support line is closed over the weekend, we’re unable to contact them today to investigate the missing scan. If they were open, we would contact them immediately on your behalf.

Please be assured that the parcel did leave our warehouse on Friday. It was sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, and based on the expected service timeframe, we anticipate delivery on Sunday.

Please note that this is the expected delivery rather than something we can guarantee while Royal Mail’s tracking remains delayed.

We completely understand why the tracking information has caused concern, and we apologise that our previous communication did not give you sufficient reassurance.

We will continue to assist if there is any further issue with the delivery.

Kind regards,
