Not a single response to phone calls or email messages.

Customers should be aware that this company is located in Poland, not Germany, and that if anything goes wrong with your order you will never be able to contact them about it or receive a reply by any means.

I ordered a set of wall lamps from their German site, which arrived with the wrong glass shades. I attempted to contact the company via phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp for almost 3 months and have never received a reply from them. I finally complained to PayPal and the company agreed to refund the cost of the shades if I returned them (I have no idea how PayPal managed to reach them), but despite me returning the shades to them (in Poland, as requested), I have not been refunded.

Edit: The company has finally refunded most of what I claimed. However, this was still without ever having spoken or having direct contact with anyone from the company. It's a shame, as they have beautiful lamps that are hard to find anywhere else. Just be aware that if anything goes awry it will be difficult to rectify it.

I recently purchased a brass bank lamp online of Lamptique.de. I am a Danish resident and the lamp was shipped from Berlin. I had used some time browsing several possible internet sites, and their option seemed most authentic. Upon receipt of the lamp I was pleased to see that the quality of brass and glass was exactly as I had hoped - a brilliant lamp.

However I write this review because there was a technical defect on the lamp received. I sent photographs to Lamptique.de, no questions were asked / no objections given - Lamptique.de offered great service and forwarded replacement parts, so I now have the lamp I had hoped for. First class customer service with a high quality product merits a five star review.
