Customer support was very attentive, responded within a day every time I messaged them and the lamps are beautiful. Order took several days to ship but once shipped out, they arrived fast to Spain. Thank you!

I purchased a smart ceiling lamp, but once arrived the product did not match the spec described in their website. It’s not a smart device at all and it produces less lumen than described.
On top of this they sent me a product that was clearly opened and poorly resealed, once open the product shows an aesthetic defect.
