The Shipment From Hell
This goes out to you living in the Netherlands that were responsible of packing my order. Either you had improper training or do you hate your job to the fullest. Somehow you succeeded to dump all the lamps in a too large and thin cardboard box together with slim to none filling, assuring that all the lamps would jump around in the box all the way to my doorstep.
When I received the shipment at my doorstep the parcel had a large visible crack measuring 5cm across and the parcel looked like it had been thrown under a bus.
You should also know that by some sort of divine intervention all lamps mysteriously were accounted for regardless the Parcels Grand Canyon sized crack. All all of the lamps also worked which also is a mystery itself after experiencing "The Shipment From Hell"

I am sorry to hear that you find our delivery that bad. But I am glad to hear that the package manage to take all the bumps and saved your lamps for breaking- which is the purpose of the package. You always have a warranty from us- so even if the products would have been broken we would send you new ones. I hope you enjoy the products from us!
