ADVERTISE ONE SHIPPING PRICE AND THEN MORE THAN TRIPLE IT. STAY AWAY!!!
Bought a Panthella Floor Lamp on a Black Friday sale and wanted it shipped to USA. The advertised shipping rate was 1044 DKK (about $140). Then 5 days later (after all Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals are gone everywhere) they email me and tells me that they made a mistake on the shipping and that it now would be 3192 DKK ($425) instead, more than 3 times what they advertised. They wouldn't honor their advertised shipping price and I had to cancel the order.
I could have bought the same lamp at MOHD in Italy on a Black Friday sale for over $100 cheaper than their advertised price, but because their advertised shipping cost was $300 to USA I was dumb enough to by it at Lampemesteren.dk just to be cheated by a false advertised shipping cost.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ADVERTISED PRICES!

Concerning shipping cost, when you choose “Delivery To” any country outside of EU, a textbox appear mentioning “We deliver to our customers via UPS or the postal service depending on the delivery address.
Additional shipping and import charges may apply for delivery to countries outside Europe.
If this is the case, you will be contacted by Customer Service as soon as possible.”
The same message is in our article called “Shopping from the US and Canada”.
Every quote is made on the UPS website with the package dimensions from the supplier’s data.
The large number of orders received during the black week explains the email few days after your order.

Service is amazing - had a need to make few changes in the order, it was handled professionally in very short period of time.
