I'm leaving my experience here, maybe it helps other customers. I bought a pair of size 7 boots, which fit me perfectly, but I can't even close the zipper halfway, I think a child could close them. The sizes are not listed, so you buy without being informed. You can't return them if you bought them at a 50% discount. So I'm stuck with them and I lost money and I can't even sell them. I've never seen anything like this before.

Ordered thigh high boots in their sale that were honestly so SO TINY in the thigh that a CHILD couldn't wear them (genuinely. I had my 12 year old niece try). The calves fit fine. I'm a size 12. I'm not a big woman.

There isn't a grown adult woman on this earth who could get those zipped up on the thigh. I wanted to exchange for the wide variant so I contacted customer services (ahahahahahaha. misnomer) to ask what the actual measurements of that are - given they don't provide them anywhere so you can't make an informed decision. After a week of somehow not understanding the question (?!?!?!) I got a non-answer of "2 to 4 inches bigger than the standard one". That's a range big enough to be useless. So I asked for a refund instead.

Told sale items are excluded from their returns policy. That's nice, dear. UK consumer law distance selling regulations of both 2013 and 2015 explicitly give customers the right to return ANY item (except customised or digital goods) for ANY reason within 14 days for a FULL refund. You cannot exclude anything from that. Your policy doesn't override the law sorry.

Filed a chargeback with my bank and got my money back. As a bonus, they aren't getting the boots back. Although I doubt I could even sell them on given how ridiculous the sizing is.

Oh, and I ordered the "wide fit" separately. They're HALF AN INCH bigger than the standard. But they won't accept a return on those either so those are also free/refunded by my bank.

Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

Anybody having trouble getting a refund from them: don't bother arguing with idiots. Just go to your bank the second they say "no". They aren't above the law no matter how much they'd like to be!

I’ve been a Lamoda customer for years and honestly I used to love them. I’ve bought well over 20 pairs of shoes from them, and I’ve been doing free promotion for them on my Instagram the whole time – posting outfits, tagging them, and even getting messages from their own IG team thanking me for the support.
Recently I ordered a pair of “wide calf” boots and that’s where everything went downhill. The boots arrived and the calves were so tiny that even really slim, tall girls would struggle to zip them up. They were absolutely not “wide calf” in any realistic sense, especially considering I’m a 5'2 petite girl. Totally unwearable for the purpose they were advertised for.
When I contacted customer service to return them, I was told I couldn’t because they were discounted. No acknowledgement that the product didn’t match how it was advertised, no flexibility, and no attempt to help a long-term loyal customer. Just hiding behind “sale item, no returns” even though the sizing and fit were clearly off and there were no calf measurements provided for me to make an informed choice.
I’ve supported this brand for years, spent a lot of money with them, and basically done free marketing for them on my socials. To then be treated like this over one pair of boots that aren’t even wearable is genuinely disappointing.
If you’re thinking of buying from Lamoda, be very careful:
If something is wrong with your order, don’t expect much goodwill or customer care.
Discounted items mean “you’re stuck with it”, even if it doesn’t fit as described.
I won’t be ordering from them again and have removed them from my IG tags. They’ve completely lost my trust as a customer.

If you want good customer service and shoes that show up to your door. Choose a different company. If your product has any issues... Too bad, this company will not help you resolve the issue.

My order got lost when I asked for a replacement or a price match for the Black Friday sale I was told no, and order refunded before they even reached out to let me know the order was lost I had to reach out, I now find myself with no shoes for an event in a few weeks very upsetting

I ordered 2 items, Lamoda separated the order, I received 1 item. Evri said they delivered 2nd item, they had not. I contacted Lamoda asking about my 2nd parcel and that it wasn't delivered. No reply. Asked again, no reply. I'm down £71:00, order never arrived, Lamoda not responding, I have been excellent customer with Lamoda for years. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Received lots of compliments plus very comfortable. You must size up though. I bought my usual size but had to return. It costs to get return label so try get it right 1st time.

If you expect shoes to last, do not buy from LAMODA. The platform sole will come off when you are wearing them, leading to injury. LAMODA offered no resolution when I raised the issue under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 9.3.e durability.
As the shoes were high heel/platform they are not an everyday shoe and I've only worn them a handful of times. Will never buy from here again.

Ordered shoes that cost me over £50, They arrived, seemed all good and 2 weeks in, they break. I’m not joking. I didn’t even wear them excessively in that time. Their material was supposed to be ‘durable’. I thought they would probably last like 6 months at least. I’m so disappointed as they were gorgeous but now look all messed up and not even wearable. So i just wasted money I had to borrow as new shoes are something I can’t afford. Make your shoes to last LAMODA. It’s unfair, everyday people can’t afford pricey shoes to break so easily. I honestly feel they should send me a better pair or refund me. Its unacceptable. I don’t recommend them.

These are without a doubt the worst shoes I’ve ever worn in my life. The moment I put them on, it felt like walking on needles — stiff, hard, and unbelievably painful. Within minutes my feet were on fire. I threw them straight in the trash the second I got home because I couldn’t, in good conscience, let another person go through what I did.

They completely ruined my one night out — the only night I’ve had in months. The pain was so bad that even sitting down hurt. Now I have blisters and soreness all over my feet, and I was supposed to go to the pool tomorrow — but I can’t, because my toes are covered in blisters.

The worst part? I own more pairs from this brand in different styles, and now I’m honestly scared to even try them on. How does this company even have customers or good reviews? If I could, I would sue for the agony these shoes caused.
I bought them like a year or so ago and today I decided it was time to wear it.. oh my oh my.

Omg… just never again.

I received a completely different pair of boots than the ones I ordered. While I understand that returns and refunds are part of their policy, I find it unacceptable that no compensation has been offered for the inconvenience caused by their mistake.

Their error has resulted in me not having the correct boots for an event this week. This has been more than just a minor inconvenience—it’s genuinely disrupted my plans.

I’ve requested compensation multiple times, and it has not been addressed. Instead they’ve just emailed me back with a return label to return the boots.

Simply providing a return label and refund doesn’t make up for the lost time and the inconvenience caused.

Do not shop here. Customer service is so poor, and just feels like there is no care for loyal customers

Picked up a pair of chunky boots from Lamoda and I’m seriously impressed. They’ve got that perfect mix of bold style and everyday wearability — loads of attitude but still easy to walk in. You can feel the quality straight away, they’re proper solid without being heavy.

Everything from ordering to delivery was smooth and straightforward. The updates were clear, parcel arrived bang on time, and the packaging was spot on.

It’s rare to find shoes that look this good and actually hold up after a few wears. Lamoda have nailed it — will definitely be back for more.

The designs of shoes are absolutely beautiful, I love them. Unfortunately however I purchased a pair of the 'Explorer' mary janes - I wore them a total of 4 times over the month the purchased them and I'm not heavy footed with my shoes in any way but the sole at the front has came off a bit and I really really liked them 💔 as it was done after the return date and unfortunately I had already binned the packaging i couldn't return, I will try superglue or something. I really don't want to bin them. But the designs of shoes itself are lovely and are very comfortable!!

Bad customer services and when you order nobody notifies you if your order got delayed or even if they don’t have your size!!! Not recommended at all.

I adore the shoes from here. They're always good quality and incredibly comfy, and the fit is just perfect for me. The unique styles is one of the reasons I keep going back here to buy more.

My experience with Lamoda has always been a good one. Ease of buying a product is great. Everything I get from Lamoda is as described and is always packed & delivered carefully. I’ve spoken with customer support before and have been helped quickly so I’m pleased about that too.

The shoes I got from Lamoda are extremely comfortable!! I literally love them so so much. They're 4 inch platforms but when I wear them it feels like I'm wearing flats and they look really cool. Very happy customer here and would definitely recommend them!!
