Maat XL besteld en M ontvangen,
Van de €40, maar €4 terug ontvangen.
Heb foto’s gemaakt en laten zien dat het niet mijn fout was, maar verkeerd verpakt.
Jammer, U accepteerde de €4 en nu bent U verwijderd uit het systeem.

Ik heb een jurk in 2 maten besteld, nu heb ik eerst 2 weken moeten wachten voor het binnenkwam, bleek uit China te komen. En nu ik het wil retourneren (omdat ze 2x dezelfde maat hebben verstuurd en dus allebei niet passen)
Per mail moet je om een retourlabel vragen maar nu geven ze niet thuis. Heb al 3x gemaild
Heel vreemd, volgens de site hebben ze een Trustpilot review van 5 sterren, maar op Trustpilot zelf zijn ze niet te vinden. Ik vertrouw het niet!
