Terry Lambert has 35 years’ experience in the heating industry, including British Gas training and extensive cross-brand boiler fault-finding and repair experience. We carry out boiler servicing, boiler repairs and diagnostics, new boiler installations, heating-system upgrades and heat pump work. Our approach is based on understanding the whole heating system rather than simply replacing parts or equipment. Wherever possible, we test and prove the cause of a fault before recommending a repair. Terry is Gas Safe registered, Heat Geek Elite, a Which? Trusted Trader, Viessmann Accredited and a Vaillant Advance Installer, with manufacturer training across Worcester Bosch and other major boiler brands. I needed my daughters boiler fixingno heat no hot water, Terry came out on the Sunday ( next day) . I was dubious about finding someone on Google, but boy he lived up to all his glowing reviews and more! He quoted me a call out and fix fee so there were no hidden extras ( and the quote was really reasonable I was expecting alot more.) My daughter has Autism and he wanted to know if there was anything he could do to make her feel more comfortable! That really sealed it for me.
He fixed the boiler took pictures and sent them to me along with explaining what the issue was. He also pointed out another issue with the flue but left that down to me to sort..no hard sell whatsoever. I wish all tradesman has the integrity and transparency Terry has, I will be retaining him to service my daughters boiler in future ..and yes fix the flue!. If you need your boiler fixing dont look any further, Lambert heating is five stars all the way.

I had aboiler issue after being away for a few weeks. It kept cutting out. I gave the problem to Terry and an exchange of messages eventually got me thru it, and its working fine now.

We had Terry come in to replace our old gas boiler with a heatpump. He was a pleasure to work with throughout and we were very impressed with the quality of his work - particularly his beautiful pipework - shame most of it had to be covered up with insulation!
He clearly has a lot of experience with heating in general and heat pumps specifically. Very happy to recommend him wholeheartedly.

Terry fitted our heating system, rads tank vessels pumps and underfloor heating 10yrs ago and its still works fine. Some recent controls issues but nothing IT couldn't sort by turning it off and on again. Good quality work, and a nice guy. Cheers

Terry is an amazing no nonsense gas heating plumbing engineer, has done many jobs on my boiler radiators over the years he is the only person i would allow to touch my boiler and radiator system and trust me I've had many in the past, make of that what you will, p.s very very reasonable and fair pricing too.

Terry helped me out with an usual boiler breakdown and I found his willingness to get involved where others wouldn't very refreshing. His knowledge and analytical processes managed to isolate the issue and the result was a system operating more efficiently than it had done for many years. I had my heat pump installed in November so I am just coming to the end of my first heating season and I am able to give an informed review of how the system performs. I am based in Sussex.
In summary, it has been fantastic. I am so happy with the installation from Lambert Heating and Renewables. The heat pump performance is great with a COP of around 4 according to the Vaillant app but the thing that has impressed me most is that I haven’t had to touch the controls, settings or anything else since the day Terry commissioned the system. This shows what a great job he did of specifying, installing and commissioning the system, for example, going to great lengths to make sure the radiators were all balanced.
The rest of the process was good as well. The survey was straightforward for me. The Heat Geek software looked impressive. Terry explained things to me clearly and worked through different scenarios until we had a specification that I was happy with. The installation was really professional, I was particularly happy with the job Terry did of my airing cupboard.
Terry’s communication throughout was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a heat pump

We had a replacement Worcester boiler installed in December 2022 by Lambert Plumbing and Heating Ltd. We live in Carshalton Surrey so Lambert Plumbing is local to us. The service they supply is first class, the installation was carried out by Terry who is very technically knowledgeable but can explain things in layman's terms. He is a superb technician and visits us once a year to carry out a service.
I highly recommend this company, they are a pleasure to deal with and their expertise and the service that they supply is of a very high standard!
