I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a T-shirt and have already sent three emails requesting a return label, but I have received absolutely no response. This is completely unacceptable customer service.
Additionally, the product itself is not as described. The T-shirt was advertised as “off white” on your website, but in reality it has a noticeable pinkish tone. This is misleading and not what I expected when placing my order.
At this point, it honestly feels like you are deliberately ignoring my requests in the hope that the return period will expire. If that is the case, it is a very dishonest way of doing business.
I expect a prompt reply and a proper solution, including the return label I have been asking for. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to share my negative experience more widely.

The products are of very good quality, very pretty and the correct sizes. Very attentive and helpful, they have answered all the questions raised by email very quickly and kindly. I recommend the store 100%.

The new padded jacket is wonderful. It fits quite snuck and I prefer this on these types of jackets. If you want it to be a bit looser I'd recommend sizing up.

The colors and quality are really good. The only thing I can't understand is why the Grand Tour Stripes are in a different order than on the Grand Tours Sweater. (Sweater: Pink, Red, Yellow; Jacket: Pink, Yellow, Red). But I feel this is to be considered as a first-world problem. 😄

I love La Machine clothing. Stylish, understated nod to our passion, always fit great. If you know, you know. Satisfied customer, again.

While I really like their clothes I am really discouraged by their complete lack of customer service. My order has now been in shipping for 18 days! Thats between them, presumably in the Netherlands and Ireland. Emails have gone unanswered, tweets ignored and I still get marketing emails about free shipping etc.

I highly doubt that lamachine will even reply to this review.

Well, received my order. However received a t-shirt instead of a shirt. Tried to contact customer service on the mail stated on the website, and it failed to be delivered - twice. Tried to call the phone number listed on the website in their opening hours - twice , but nobody answered.

Profesional in business and customer handling; I won't hesitate shopping there once againg. Really recommendable.

The products are of good quality and I'm happy with my purchases (bought a poster and a sweater).
