Buyers beware - REFUND POLICY

Here is a review of my experience I ordered a dress for an event and I noted the policy that says 100% hassle free returns. It also stated that they have a US warehouse. After almost 3 weeks in shipment the purchase arrived from China. The product is of poor quality the size and cut are shabby. I then went through the horrific experience of trying to return the dress. Although it says hassle free returns it is everything but!!!!! You are required to return the item to their Asia warehouse which when I checked would cost $200 with UPS and $75 - 100 with USPS The dress was not worth this much and it is also no heavier than a dinner napkin!!!!! They offer you a 15% refund or a store credit ( but normal patrons would never shop there again after this hassle) Wanted to let potential customers know if you plan on purchasing make sure it is the item you want and it is going to be a perfect fit because you will have to fly to China and return it on your dime. And their customer service is quite unappealing.... In all my years of shopping and there have been many many many years of it, I have never come across this type of policy - Yes it is stated in their policy that you may have to return it to Asia but when you're under the impression that it is shipping from the US you figure you would ship it back in the US. Also you cannot give them 1 star as a review as the page won't load the same for 2 stars the minimum is 3 stars to get the page to load - fun fact

Laguna's presents a nice appearing…

Laguna's presents a nice appearing website but buyer beware. The products are not high quality, this is appears to be a reorder site. You place and order then an order is placed with a supplier in Asia. Our shirt came from china. It takes weeks to arrive. You need to dig down on shipping and return policy. We asked to return for refund and were told we would be responsible for shipping cost to Asia. Other offers were made to refund 15% of cost or keep the item for gifting to someone else or a $40 store credit to buy something else. No thank you! Another old expression is fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me!
