Spent more then 7.000 bets are gone …. Number zero
Where do I start…. I played at this casino there was zero check up KYC check . I won and they new infame from the Netherlands.
So after two winning 600 euro and 400€ I was very surprised . Couple days went over and this time I won 18.000 directly withdraw so I also thought the money was
coming . They have a max €7500 in a week … played again … suddenly the KYC came to to the normal verification ( with selfies etc ) then I wanted to deposit money ( remember the withdrawal was still pending … And as a gambler I lost . Then it came I play certain numbers … big move for me is ZERO… I saw the ball … and pretty sure I bet on it . Now Is at impossible ( I have a vip manager to see what happens on that table. I saw a same message from a German guy . Even there website says people from the Netherlands can’t play 😅.. I have full verification with my dutch stuff . So now it’s talking back and forward…. And every time same answer . I was very happy the way in the beginning.. even put them on 4 stars … so yeah .. will give a update .
Update : suddenly I received a mail .. that a department requested a refund ….
Ime not aware of anything.. they refuse to tell me the truth……if things go wrong I take it very higher then they think .
Oh and because of my request about pay out ( balance was zero ) they blocked my account without any reason ….my Vip manager couldn’t tell me wich department is responsible
Update !!!!!!!! 19 Juli …. Yesterday my VIP manager asked again for my bankdetails .
I have no clue why or what amount .when you email them …. They sent the response that a other department ( no idea wich one ) is responsible for it ….I also opened a case at GURU platform

So this is now solved ( unless ) the money will not receive on my bank

VIP Manager Artur doesn’t respond on my request. We have a settlement of €9204 but they don’t answer anymore . They keep asking my bankingdetails. Gave it already 4 times . I think I never see the money again
