Super easy for to order from the webpage, love the fact that you can follow your order as well.
But I recommend that you visit their store to receive a nice customer experience. Their staff is really helpful and makes sure you try new samples.
Ordered several products nearly a month ago. Got no response to my emails or fb messages. Only when I wrote a review on Trust Pilot did they finally respond to tell me my order was lost and i was refunded. No apology or anything. I ordered these gifts a month ago and it's now a few days before Christmas. Thanks a lot Lakrids for nothing. Utterly appalling. FYI my order number is 600012935 This is NOT a luxury product company.
