Cant praise them enough. Knowledgeable and discussed different sizes depending on look i wanted to rock. Mercedes on Jermyn St was awesome support, friendly and genuine honest advice about choices that would suit me. Second time I've bought feom Laird and gets better each time. Will be back. ( seen a shacket i like !) Client service as it should be.

Laird were fantastic when I needed to exchange a hat for quality reasons. I returned it via Royal Mail 24 on Friday. On the next Tuesday I received a replacement via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Great service from a company that values its customers highly.

The next day I received a complimentary gift from Laird in compensation for my trouble.

Companies like this are few and far between in 2026. I can't recommend them enough. Customer Service is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was real concern when I brought my problem to Laird's attention, and it was dealt with very quickly.

I have purchased six Laird hats in the past six months, and each one is a joy to wear. I appreciate the quality materials and craftsmanship that go into each one, my favorites being the Loden flat caps and Brooklyn newsboys. Online service is top-notch, and I look forward to my next trip to London, so I can visit them in person once again.

I bought a linen flat cap and it fits perfectly and looks good. The service is great, with prompt delivery and the hats are all well made and perfect.

First stumbled onto Laird while on a family trip in Cambridge. I hadn't heard of them before, and was taken aback by how many styles they had. Since then I've purchased a number of hats, most recently a wool flat cap. All of the hats fit great, and are very comfortable.

The Jermyn Street store is an amazing place and Mercedes is an amazing representative of the brand. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I love visiting the store.

Laird is my go to online store for flat caps. I have four of them and am eyeing a fourth. The quality is impeccable and delivery to the United States, where I live, is fast and reasonably priced.

My husband loves Laird hats - he has many from flat caps, baker boys, fedoras and panamas (sadly I don't suit hats otherwise I no doubt would appreciate them too). We've bought in store and online. In store, staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. And online, the hats arrive perfectly packaged. Yes, there may be cheaper around, but the quality is exceptional, they're durable and look as good as new even after many years.

The Formula for a Hat Shop - If I was going to create the formula for a superb hat shop, I would copy Laird Hatters. Everything is first rate beginning with the product. I'm a bigger man with a bigger head and this is the first hat that has fit correctly in over 65 years. It has been made with attention to every detail...materials, color, construction and durability. The purchase and shipping experience was exactly what I wish every vendor would do. I would award more stars if that was possible.
