Notre équipe a pris en charge votre dossier très rapidement, tel qu'indiqué dans nos publicités. Or, le processus inclue également une banque et nous ne pouvons malheureusement contrôler les délais des banques, malgré que nous aimerions grandement.

After giving all of the information and being honest on everything they tell you you will have a call at a certain time, well no phone calls and no email, nothing to tell you that you don't qualify, I am sure it happens, but they should at least as for being respectful to tell you, not ignore you because they can't do business with them. I never received an email in my inbox or spam folder about not being accepted

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour cet inconvénient. Pour les clients ne se qualifiant pas pour un refinancement, un courriel est envoyé afin d'expliquer le refus. Il est également inscrit de nous téléphoner afin d'en connaitre d'avantages sur le refus, au besoin.
Nous sommes conscients que les gens aimeraient recevoir un appel. Par contre, le nombre de demandes entrantes fait que l'équipe ne peut téléphoner tous les clients refusés.
Si vous croyez qu'il s'agit d'une erreur ou aimeriez en savoir plus sur le refus, n'hésitez pas à nous joindre au 1-888-666-0015.
