Excellent customer services
I had some trouble ordering the exact selection of photos from my son’s school that I wanted and contacted customer services. Emma was extremely prompt in responding and in helping to ensure I got what I desired. The photos arrived within a couple of days and both my son and I are delighted with them. Emma went above and beyond to assist and I am genuinely grateful for her help.

The experience I had with them was excellent, the photographs were of great quality and everyone was pleasant and helpful to deal with. The staff were also very helpful and informative on the phone when I had to ring them to clarify a few things, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend to others.

I simply cannot recommend Lafayette highly enough. The customer service is beyond incredible. My little boy made his communion and on the initial photos his hair appeared messy. I contacted Emma who was so understanding from my initial query. Emma requested that I send on a recent photo of my little boy and his normal hair style. To my amazement the photos arrived within 10 days and the editing was exceptional. I am so so happy with our photos. I can’t thank the Lafayette team enough. The photos are amazing quality. Emma who helped me is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. My only regret is I can only give 5 stars. They deserve more. Amazing company and quality customer service.

Photos turned out lovely very happy with the quality but unfortunately the leaflet i got home said free delivery to the school if I ordered within a certain amount of days but when I logged in to buy them on within 7 days I did not have the choice to get free delivery to the school
