Staff were lovely and very helpful
Staff were lovely on the day and the photos arrived beautifully. It would be nice to have an option for digital copies of the photos only instead of having to buy a set amount of physical copies as well!

Damaged Frame- Resolved Quickly
I bought a frame at a graduation in Dublin and realised when I got home to cork it was damaged. I contacted the company and they offered a replacement immediately. I requested a refund which they agreed to and had the issue resolved quickly. I believe it shows the true worth of a company in how they resolve issues.

School photo order
Emma Parrish went above and beyond to help me after I placed an order but had incorrectly selected an image. She was able to refund me so I could re-do the order and also sent me a link as I had trouble selecting one of the images I wanted. Thanks again Emma!

Disapointed
I ordered a horizontal frame, but you delivered a vertical one. I am not at all satisfied with your work or the photos. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I paid €138 including delivery. This is not at all consistent with what you show on your website. I am completely dissatisfied with the result and what you produced does not match the promises made on your site?

Great photographer on the day
Very windy day in Cambridge, with bright low sun. Despite this, the photos came out very well. The photographer was great at putting everyone at their ease, got great smiles out of everyone and really knew his stuff

Payed for Lafayette for two graduations now and they always do a poor job at photos and service. You would be better off hiring a more personal photographer for yourself.

Excellent service and products
Everyone was polite and helpful, from the people at the door directing us in, to the lady helping to straighten up caps and gowns, and of course the photographers. The choice in backgrounds, including one specific to our college was a lovely touch. The photos were available to select quickly after the ceremony, with a good number to choose from. The photos and frame arrived in good time and packed in eco friendly, recyclable materials, which topped the whole experience off beautifully.
