REFUND SCAMMERS. Avoid.
Scammers!
All seemed well until I wanted to return the items for a refund. (Bought several sizes to hopefully find I've that fit. They were either too tight or too baggy and the one top i got and looked cute, arrived with a stain on it)
Communication has been terrible. Intermittent, but just enough to string me along. (They'd reply every 3 or 4 emails i sent, chasing them)
They've had the return since March 5th and still owe me £170 at the end of May.
After chasing them constantly every step of the way, 2 failed paypal refunds, (paypal have told me they used a CHEQUE for the refund- super fishy), I've not heard back from them since the last refund attempt failed, All emails ignored. Paypal are no help as you can't contest refunds after 30 days after receiving the items! (After having to chase them to get the return info for a few weeks, their website says allow 20 days for the refund, so I was well over 30 days before I realised they hadn't refunded me)
I feel confident that they eeked out communication with super slow replies, on purpose to keep the reuse that they would eventually refund me: constant excuses of illness. Being a small team, the bank holiday, other issues they're dealing with first.
I wasn't sure if it was a scam or just incompetence (though I was sure it was the former) and have them the benefit of the doubt too many times. I've now had to raise it as fraud with my credit card. Thank Goodness I had the sense to pay with that for insurance.
