Ordered two faux fur boleros in two different sizes as read they come up small. The first one was the ivory instead of white so I contacted Lacey Bell who made sure the second one was white and sent a returns label straight away.
The white one is fine, nicely lined and great for winter.
Refund was received promptly for the ivory one I returned.
