Do not touch this fake website. They do not fulfil orders or send you any email order confirmations. If you send them an email they do not reply. Address given is a completely different business when viewed on Google Streetview. If you have already paid them by card make a dispute claim with your bank and they will refund you and make a charge back to these fakers.

The name "Lacesmatched" implies that the laces will match. They don't! I ordered replacement Karhu Fusion 2.0 laces. The images on the website matched the original ones. When they arrived the laces were totally different.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stay away, you have been warned, the laces arrived but were not what I ordered cheap laces worth pennies when you try to contact for a refund no response at all.

No email receipt or confirmation but laces arrived on Friday after ordering on Monday and are very good quality. They have a degree of elasticity which allows them to flex when in the trainers which I like.

Phone case sent instead of laces.

Laces arrived after two weeks, but are nothing like the Adidas Gazelle laces they are purported to replace, are terrible quality and are 10cm shorter than described. Waste of time and money.

Money taken, no laces turn up. So actually illegal to scam people. Number doesn’t work, email is a dud as no reply. Basically criminals stealing money. No reply to my emails.

Order came quick no issues there. However I purchased Nike Air Force 1 laces and what I got were thin, cheap laces I could have got in Tesco for half the price. Terrible quality, NOTHING near the quality of Nike Air Force 1 laces. Save your money and get from somewhere else.

Laces did not match adidas laces despite selecting the right shoes type on their website.
Tried to return, no customer service details to contact. Just an email address that I received no response from. Instagram page doesn’t exist. Facebook pages doesn’t exist. Definitely lost my money. Avoid.

Didn't review the reviews before ordering laces. No email communication but that said, the laces did arrive in around a week. Despite me matching the lacesvto my trainer type on the website, the laces are not the same width or material as the original ones and are about 6 inches too short! Lesson learnt next time check reviews🫣

I was silly and didn’t read the reviews before ordering - not a real website and laces don’t turn up. No calls or emails answered.

NO GOODS 6 WEEKS LATER.
They are a fraudulent company who need shutting down. No information can be found on this company.

Just an update the laces arrived about two weeks later and they were the cheapest laces from a second hand type company NOT Veja laces as I ordered . I paid an extra £8 for express delivery and they arrived after two weeks . It is possible to report this company with the police as it’s obviously taking money fraudulently - I have . The email address bounces back too

I ordered laces and paid premium postage . I received no email confirmation and tried to contact customer service . It does not work - the Instagram is false the address is false the mobile is false - this is a scam company that takes your money : no goods arrived . It is not registered on Direct Gov either as a business . I am in the process of reporting them . They are a fraudster team

Avoid at all costs! Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the laces.
Ordered a pair of yeezy laces, no confirmation email of order having been placed so thought it hadn't gone through and ordered another pair.
1st ordered pair arrived about 2 weeks later and look nothing like yeezy laces, second pair has now arrived and surprise surprise they look nothing like yeezy laces either.

Have tried to contact them for a refund by phone, email and twice on their website with no replies on any.

Now stuck with 2 pairs of awful laces and out of pocket!
Complete scam artists!!

Ordered adidas laces on 12 September. Took the money from my account and not received them yet. Tried phoning and email but no reply at all, l believe them to be a scam

There is no customer service, there is no confirmation of purchase email, there is no tracking number. BUT what there is, is a set of laces in the mailbox waiting for you after 5 days. I bought the laces then 5 mins later read the reviews and thought, well there goes £10. That wasn't the case. Thanks for the laces and hope you keep developing and advancing the website and maybe someday have a proper customer service solution to get that 5 star from me next time I need laces 👍

Do not waste your money with these scumbags. Take your money and send no order confirmation email. Then they do not even send your purchased item and do not respond to emails or answer the phone when you try to ring them. Avoid at all cost.
