Fake Labubu Dolls, Defective and No Response from Seller

I ordered two Labubu dolls from labubudollae.shop and received what appears to be counterfeit products. One of the dolls came with a hole in the back and very poor paint quality — completely different from official Pop Mart items.

I contacted the seller multiple times via email and gave them a 48-hour deadline, but they never replied.

I also contacted Pop Mart directly, and they confirmed that this seller is not an authorized distributor, and they advised me to seek help from my payment provider.

This is clearly a scam website. They are using the Labubu brand to sell low-quality fake products and ignoring customer complaints.
Do not buy from labubudollae.shop.
