My order was sent to the incorrect address even after confirmation of the address change, then after no response from several emails I cooped abuse from Si at the Sydney store. Unfortunately I had already had a second order which after 4 weeks still is in transit. Descustive service!!

Took a month to arrive and they were all broken. I received 3 the same of very poor quality.
One had a hole in the back, one’s head was completely detached and the other was just what you expect from the pound shop.
They said they would refund me but never did.

I placed an order on labubu-shop.com on June 6, 2025, for a product that was advertised as official. However, what I received was clearly a cheap counterfeit.
After the purchase, I never received a tracking number or proper shipping information. I contacted their customer support via two emails, but I got no response at all.
The package eventually arrived, but the item inside was obviously fake and of poor quality.
I have now filed a dispute with my payment provider (HYPE) to request a refund.
I strongly advise others to avoid this site until it proves to be more transparent and reliable.
