Fantastic experience and selection of chemicals

Good shipping and good customer service. Helpful all the time and also a good selection of chemicals. I am very happy that they also distribute TCI chemicals and that they sell to privates. Over all a very serious and fantastic company.

Slow shipping, non-existent customer service and they sent me less goods!order in August and it…

I placed an order in August and it arrived at the end of October. I ordered 15kg of calcium and received 2kg less. I contacted support many times and they said it was in the works but to date I have not received the lack I paid for! I will definitely never buy from them again!!

Ordered citric acid about a year ago…

Ordered citric acid about a year ago that was never sent, never been refunded either, contacted customer service 2/3 times about this and they never answered.
Purity of other received products is questionnable.

Edit:
After CM's response I feel like adding some precisions about my experience.

First I talked with a chat operator using the website's chat widget, and I was told if I haven't got the acid delivered because there was a massive worldwide citric acid shortage, that I can perfectly understand.
And that I should contact the customer support to a certain e-mail address that the operator gave.

After 1 e-mail without response I contacted the support again from the chat, and was told to try again as they were understaffed because of covid crisis and probably didn't have time to take care of my request.

To no avail, I also tried a 3rd time, still no answer.

As for the purity of the products ordered I had to make a complain about the purity of the 5L propylene glycol I have received as I found actual grass or whatever vegetal matter floating in it and this is not by a long shot what I call "≥99.99% pure" as advertised.
I was told that, and I quote: "This probably happened during packaging and doesn't affects the product purity". What a joke !

I doubt that this is really the case, citric acid is something we (almost) always have in stock and if not the case in a order with multiple items it will always be shipped as backorder. We always reply within a day to emails and the phone is always on so pretty sure and simple phone call would have solved your problems is there were any. Your claim about purity also does not carry any basis we always have specifications and certificates of analysis for our products and our quality control is very high.

Also, if you place a review it would be really helpful if you actually used your real name or at least mention a reference to the order so we can even have the chance if finding out what order this is about and if there were problems to solve this as soon as possible.

5 mois après toujours rien !!!!!!

I placed an order on this site in October 2022, I received my incomplete package. We are in March 2023 and it's been 5 MONTHS that I'm waiting for the missing products to my order #45720, I contacted the customer service several times and each time they answered me that the products would be in stock the following week, but to this day I still haven't RECEIVED ANYTHING !!!!! It's not
I'm not sure how serious they are if nothing is done in the next few days.
I'm thinking of turning to a consumer association to get my money back.

extremely poor service

Items were shipped only after almost 2 weeks, although a delivery time of 3-4 days was specified.
1 item was missing in the delivery, which again took over 2 weeks until everything was complete with us.
Emails are either not answered at all or answered snottily.

If you are a business that relies on delivery, as we do, this is absolutely the wrong partner.

This was the first and last purchase from us.

We are having a pretty hard time figuring our where this extremely poor service is coming from. First of all your paid 5 days after placing the order which already takes the delivery time of the first part down to 1 week. The one product that was missing was communicated to you that this would be shipped separately free of charge once back on stock, this is both mentioned on the packing slip and also as reply to one of your e-mails. Also the product that was not in stock had a delivery time of +- 2 weeks and not the 3-4 days you mentioned.

Had a good experience with ordering…

Had a good experience with ordering from them, the prices are very reasonable, the selection of chemicals is great and shipping was fast and cheap.

The only complaint is on the communication, my order was missing an end-user declaration and was stuck for a week without any information, so I had to call for a clarification. Then again, one of the items in my order was backordered and I had no idea until I called again.

Both times, the customer support was very helpful.

Do NOT order from this company

ORD37754: Ordered and paid for a product in june. For the next 3 months they keep saying the product was not in stock. Then when the product was in stock they told me they cannot ship to my country. I Asked for a refund but they ignored me. Then they said they will ship to my country but did not do so. Then they told me they are going to give me a refund but the funds never arrived. In the meantime 6 months have passed and i still have not received the product or the money. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!

Good morning, I have looked into this issue and i must say that you are right on the most parts. First of all we did send your order TWICE, first with the GLS who returned the order to us since they told us they do not transport dangerous goods by plane, and since malta is being suppled by air freight that had to return it.

Afterwards we had contact with you and decided to ship it with a other shipping company (PostNL) who claimed they did ship air freight with dangerous goods but this also got returned to us for some reason. We did try contact this company as to why but never got any response back, after that it got put away for a while and i am not sure why this has not been solved in the meanwhile.

So we have to apologize for the last part, and i spoke to my colleague from the administration and they told me they would credit the refund immediately.

Dishonest company, avoid at all costs

I placed an order previously on laboratorium discounter and it was fine. The quality of the products was good and fast shipping.

So, i placed a second order and then, it turned for the worst. My order stayed pending for almost 1 month. they kept saying they will post soon. After sending them numerous angry mails, they replied that they will send just one part of the order. They said they will refund the product they couldn't deliver. So first, i got my a partial order one month after placing it.

It has been more than one month now and they still haven't give my refund. Of course they don't reply to my messages anymore. I was forced to file a chargeback with my bank agency to get my money back.
Never again i will order on this store and i don't recommend them.

A good seller is not only the one who fulfill the order, it is also the one that give great customer support when there is a issue with an order and stays true to the law. And Laboratoriumdicounter is a dishonest company. When they have the product in stock, they ship out, when they don't have it, they just ghost you and keep your money.

EDIT: Now that i left a public review, the company replies here in few minutes yet, they don't reply when you send them direct message and leave you hanging on.
I've been waiting one month for a refund that never came, sent almost 6-7 messages left unanswered. They even asked me my IBAN to refund then ghosted me again. Don't bother playing victim mr Kasper, thankfully, since you didn't deliver the item and didn't refund, my chargeback request has been validated according to the european laws related to online purchases.
Worst customer service ever.

Edit: After I left this review, laboratorium discounter proceeded to the refund.
Still, it is a shame that I needed to complain publicly for my case to be resolved. I add one star, because I got my money back finally.

I have to be honest, every time we get a 1-star review its always someone who leaves no clue whatsoever to what person or order this is about. Always some vague name thats non traceable when searching on any kind of medium, be it email, backend, chats etc.

Isnt leaving a review to let us know what happened and to which order/person so we can improve or at least contact the person so we can resolve the issue.

With this review alone there is nothing i can do, there might be a lot of reasons a order wasn't shipped.

It is really unlike us to not respond to emails and to refuse to refund an order that was promised a refund. Usually we are really fast with answering emails, chats and answering the phone.

I really suggest that if its true that you contact us by phone asap and provide details so we can ressolve this issue as soon as possible.

EDIT; Sigh... We don't even have any chargebacks so i dont really know who you even are or what order this is about. But hey thanks for the feedback.

side note: there is no such thing as european law that regulates automatic chargebacks, would be kind of weird if a bank just removed money from a company's bankaccount without asking permission or see any proof? This is a service the major creditcard providers offer but not banks itself. Since our chargeback rate is well below average according to the stats provided by the company who handles the transactions and we didnt have a single chargeback in the last 4 months im pretty sure you paid with a method wich does not provide automatic refunds so you would still need to provide your details in orders for us to help you. If you have them ofcourse.
