I have been ordering from this Company from Hungary for 3 years and always receive my package within 12-14 days. I love their products. I use the 20% CBD oil to lower my blood pressure, and after two weeks, I was able to stop taking the stronger of the two medications I had to take, and I only take the weaker one in minimal doses during the winter. I also really like the Vinotherapy body milk and the CBD cream. They always respond quickly, are available, and that gives me safe feeling. I heartily recommend the company.

We are so sorry about the issue with your order. Due to a shortage of materials, we currently do not have the Volcanic Cream 100ml you ordered. My apologies for this mistake and for not notifying you sooner.
We did include a note in your package explaining the situation; it's possible it was lost during shipping. We also want to let you know that we have not received an email from you, which is why we haven't been able to respond until now.
The Activecann Gel 75ml you received is an excellent substitute, as it contains the same amount of CBD and CBG as the cream you ordered.
We are very sorry about what happened. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we apologise for the mistake.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this company. My son is severely autistic and I have always been impressed by the quality of their CBD oil. It helps my son with his appetite and sleep quality I can really see a big difference compared to when he doesn’t take the oil.
