I was skeptical, but ...
When my daughter wanted to order from Labonni, I was very skeptical! But I took my chance and I'm glad I did. I was very surprised when our package came out much faster than expected. The items were of pretty good quality and really cute for the price. I cannot tell how the customer service is, as I have no problem with the order. The order was followed along the way and shipped very quickly and came without duty, so I'm happy! I would order from them again!

Potential Scam Website
I placed an order on January 29, 2021 and it still hasn't shipped three weeks later. Emails to customer service almost always go unanswered. I only got a response once after sending ~5 emails, and they still couldn't give me an estimated ship date for my item. I may have to dispute the charge. Be warned: this website could be fraudulent.
